We loved the hospitality of your staffs. I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like the well-stocked amenities and modern decor. The only minor issue was that the hair dryer didn’t work properly, but since it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me, I didn’t report it during my stay. There were at least 3 convenience shops close by to the hotel making food and other supplies so accessible. Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Its my come back after long 8 years. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Room and indoor are newly renovated. I was upgraded to Premium Room at Premium floor with comfortable bed and sofa. Well decorated Christmas vibes right in the lobby coffe shop on Eiffel tower replica.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent stay. As an Accor Platinum member, I have always trusted the brand for its professionalism and efficiency, yet this experience fell far below expectations. 1. Check-in Took Over 30 Minutes Due to Repeated Errors Upon arrival, the check-in process took nearly half an hour, which is highly unusual and unacceptable. The front desk staff member miscalculated my check-out date, and she also failed to provide the standard Platinum member benefits, including complimentary breakfast and lounge access. I had to point this out myself. Even after she sought assistance from her colleague and corrected the issue, she miscalculated the payment amount during the billing process. By this time, more than 30 minutes had passed. I clearly expressed that I was tired after my trip, yet she showed no sense of urgency and continued to re-calculate, ignoring my situation. I eventually had to walk away because the process was simply too exhausting. 2. Serious Negligence During Check-out — Passport Almost Lost On the last day, I handed my passport to the front desk for the tax refund process. Shockingly, the staff forgot to return my passport to me. I waited in the lobby for my shuttle bus, and only 20 minutes later did the staff come running to find me. If I had left for the airport as planned, the consequences would have been extremely serious. Losing a passport during an international trip is not a minor issue — this level of negligence is alarming. Overall Impression This stay was unnecessarily stressful because of the front desk’s repeated mistakes and lack of professionalism. As a Platinum member, I expect smooth communication, accuracy, and efficiency — all of which were missing during this visit.

Your experience highlights areas where our communication, service consistency, and professionalism need improvement.
