Usual stay with the quietness of the motorway nearby. Unfortunately, the AC did not deliver as much cold air to my room. Usual smell of old carpets. Ar 6 am very loud delivery trucks areive so make sure your room is far from the loading bay.

Hotel is easy to access both from the city and airport with the train stop 2mins walk. Our room was comfortable and although dinner was not being served there was simple food available.. Staff were friendly although seemed overworked. But service was efficient.

We arrived around 23 hrs and had to leave at 4, 30 AM , the coffee machine in the room did NOT work , we clearly told the receptionist at check out , he did not care , even though we had reserved a a superior Room . We stayed in room 318, in addition he wanted to charge us eur 19, 50 for the parking from 23 hrs to 4, 30 AM when we challenged him that we should not be paying a 24 hrs parking rate , he said he does not know
 when we asked if we could get a coffee as in the room the coffee machine did not work , he first said no , that it was mot possible ..then he changed his mind and went to get a coffee for us , but wanted to charge us 5 Euro per coffee
 to be honest this is ridiculous, we had already stayed at your hotel previously, but I am not convinced we will be staying there again after this adventure. My husband and myself both having worked in the hotel business for years, this is simply unacceptable for us.
