Was chocked that rooms are not served/already inclusive with water bottle. Staff said only « privilege room have… » - stayed 4 nights with breakfast inclusive / greatly surprised by that. Otherwise NTR.

We are sorry that the absence of a bottle of water in your room came as a surprise. A complimentary bottle of water is part of the amenities offered in our Privilège rooms, and we regret that this was not clear to you ahead of your stay. As part of our efforts to reduce single-use plastic, we have installed filtered water fountains offering still and sparkling water in the lobby, and on the 1st, 5th and 12th floors (fitness room). They are very convenient for refilling a water bottle, and cups are also available so that everyone can enjoy a glass of water. We also apologize that the cleanliness of the toilets did not meet your expectations. Your remark has been shared with our housekeeping team. Your feedback is very valuable and helps us to improve. The hotel was well situated and staff were very welcoming and professional however the room was of a poor standard. Carpets were filthy and furniture was very worn

Poorly maintained room / bedroom door was damaged - it was a priveldge room but poor quality

The breakfeast was good, the staff approachable, but the rooms where too worn and to dirty, including mold building up in the shower room.
