The hotel has a serious bug problem. All rooms had bugs, and the breakfast counter also had many flies and as a result the vegetables didn't feel fresh. Overall it was hot and not particularly clean

I have stayed often but unfortunately the service is getting worse. There was an insect in the bathroom when we got there. I signed up for cleaning the room but nobody cleaned the room. The keys were often not working. Please improve the service.

I thought the breakfast was terrific and the location of the hotel was great. But otherwise, the hotel had some issues: no air conditioning (hotels must update in light of climate change), a very tiny room for two people where we bumped into each other twice, and some very tired furnishings and structures in the hotel. Interestingly, the price I paid was exactly the same for a room at an Ibis Hauptbahnhof in Nuremberg the next day, and the room and hotel were significantly nicer and more updated.

Gently at arrival. Helping and explaining how and where to park. Room was in quiet environment. So opening the window in the early morning gave fresh air in the room. Did not like the fact that the TV has blocked all the smart functions, therefore it was not possible to cast and activate Netflix. The TV had also deactivated teletext, that we wanted to use to get the subtitles. It was not clear if room has air conditioning. As no adjument wallbox was visible/available.
