The hotel has the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. They are incredibly friendly and attentive to the guests. The breakfast is incredibly varied, with a selection of fish dishes and fresh fruit. The staff here were also very attentive! The courtyard, in particular, is a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel—its location is also convenient: the bus stop is right outside the hotel, so you can get to the subway station very quickly and reach downtown in no time. My stay was truly unique, and I'd especially like to thank Ivan, Vesna, Jessica, and Daniyil for their helpfulness during my stay.

This hotel is used for tourist (the ones that come in busses) and on top of this we were told by the staff that they even offer breakfast service for even more busses. All these people are there at 6.30 until 8 in the morning. They grab what they can leaving little for the business guests. It is a matter of choice. And in the evening it is also noisy in the hotel. These people are excited I can understand this, but it cannot be combined with business guests. Somehow they think it is possible.....

Slightly frustrating that our shower did not work and as there was no bath plug either it meant we were unable to wash properly. I mentioned this to the receptionist when we checked out, who said it wasn't broken, you just need to have the water pressure on low when you select the shower option initially. She also said lots of guests complain of the same issue. If this is a known issue, maybe having a sign up in the bathroom, or being informed at check-in, would be useful?
