There is no place to put anything or unpack except on the floor, not enogh floor space to leave suitcase open without tripping over it. Requested luggage racks but never got them. Room temperture control didn't work. Closet was very small, no drawers anywhere, nightstands too small to help and no drawers, black bathroom walls were dirty, shower extremely dangerous, nothing to hold onto, no towel racks for large towels except 7 feet over top of toliet, no luggage racks, dirty carpet, dark room, too little light, no place to see well enough to put on makeup, bathroom makeup mirror too high with shadows and no place to put anything near the mirror, pedestal sink was no help in holding items, old hotel phone that only worked on speaker, no room service, bed so soft I woke up with aching back every morning, no top sheet on bed, only dovet so either no cover and I was cold, or thick dovet too hot. Desk in dark corner with no light, and no drawer. Both my roommate and I had allergies the whole time we were in the room . . . mold???? Coffee machine in room, but no tea. Only good thing was the concierge and maid! This should not be considered a 5-star hotel! A joke!
