have stayed here before and the suite was excellent but the hotel has had a revamp and the suite was cramped ,no balcony . the wardrobe space very limited and a hanging rail fixed front to back making it difficult to access clothes and in the furthest corner from the bedroom ,no drawer space, dimly lit, and the bathroom door was in 2 halves and difficult to open and close. booked assistance with luggage when leaving but no one turned up at time so had to manhandle 2 large suitcases + 2 hand luggage ourselves down a v, long corridor to lift. Would not return .It is in the ideal place for sightseeing

We had a fabulous stay here, the hotel is brilliantly located and the rooms were great. The staff were what made the stay even better, extremely professional and attentive. We will definitely return! Only reason we gave a 9 instead of 10 was unfortunately there was no early check in available nor room upgrade which was disappointing as a platinum member but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
