We were on the 10th floor and the view was superb! It was SO nice that we could still open the window and renew the air. The bed was very comfortable. The room was just perfect. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The bar area was very nice too.

It's very disappointing that refrigerators aren't in every room. I like to buy cheese and other things to take home when I'm over here, plus fresh milk for coffee, and now I can't. The wardrobe space would be very tight for a couple. It's also hard to know where to put one's suitcase.An iron and ironing board would have been welcome. This has been my chosen hotel in DH since it was the Mercure. The views can be very good and the staff are excellent.

We stayed at TRIBE The Hague during a kid-free date night, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel has a modern, stylish atmosphere and feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after an enjoyable night out in the city. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was exactly the little getaway we needed as parents. We would definitely stay here again for another date night in The Hague.

I really enjoyed our stay at your hotel we were there for four days the hotel and the rooms are lovely my feedback would be that sometimes the music is quite loud making it difficult to be heard at reception. The same at breakfast. Also when we were in the bar waiting for a drink the staff were more concerned with being outside to set up for a film night, and it was difficult to get service we were not the only people to experience this, we felt like an inconvenience asking for a drink in the bar. Otherwise your staff are excellent.

Easy check in, lovely, helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. All amenities in the room including a kettle. Very easy to walk to Den Haague Centraal. Tram and bus stop Very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Decor of hotel, location to town centre and train station, very comfortable bed and friendly and helpful reception staff (once again thank you for helping us locate my Husband's mobile phone which he had accidentally left in a taxi cab). Negatives: Housekeeping - My Husband had put his nicotine patches on the desk and when we returned after a day out they had disappeared. We can only assume that housekeeping had seen them and thought they were rubbish (they were not in a box, just in foil wrappers). As you can imagine, this was not ideal as we had a full days travel the next day! We appreciate housekeeping thought they were doing their job by 'tidying up', but if items are not in the bin it is wrong to assume they should be. Also, check out time was stated as 11am, we felt it unnecessary for housekeeping to knock on our door at 9:15am to ask us what time we would be leaving.

The hotel and the room were nice. However, what is completely unacceptable is that there was absolutely no way to store our bicycles at the hotel. We were directed to an external bike garage. In principle, that wasn't a problem, but the garage doesn't open until 10:30 AM on Sundays, and our train was leaving at 7:00 AM. The hotel staff simply told us that management policy forbade bringing bicycles into the hotel; where we stored them was our problem. We had been traveling with our bikes for three weeks, and EVERY hotel had provided a way to store them. Yet here—in the Netherlands, of all places, a nation of cyclists—it suddenly wasn't possible. A really poor showing by the Tribe Hotel.
