Quiet and comfortable room. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Helpful and friendly staff. Quick check in. Convenient location to the city centre. Would not hesitate to stay again. We loved it!

We found the hotel was in need of an upgrade. The staff were not all well informed. The air conditioning was difficult to control making our room hot and stuffy,

Please allow us to mention that our system operates seasonally, meaning it is set to either heating or cooling depending on the overall outdoor temperatures. During periods with changing weather conditions, this can unfortunately limit individual adjustment in the room. This approach is also part of our effort to manage energy use responsibly and sustainably. We do understand, however, that this impacted your comfort and we sincerely apologize for this. The stay was only ok. We had 2 single beds and my bed was worn out, it dipped in the middle and I was not very comfortable. The bathroom door could not be shut properly and sometimes would open even after shutting it. The room was not vacuumed properly because we discovered rocks and threads on the floor and was still there after the next room service. The staff were friendly and helpful and I liked having the warm towel rack and the bathroom amenities.
