Reception staff were wonderful and helpful, always friendly and prompt with any request I had. The safe deposit boxes at reception were brilliant, if you are worried about not wanting to leave laptops etc in a luggage room before check-in. The location of the hotel is great for public transport, and also very walkable to many tourist sites (the 4A bus is literally at the hotels doorstep and takes you right to the center). Room was well maintained and also aesthetic, I was in a 5th floor corner room with a lovely large window overlooking the artistic buildings across the road. Overall, a great find. Safe, convenient and efficient.

I love your hotel. I've stayed there twice on extended stays. Your hotel staff is excellent, very polite, and accommodating. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the wait staff are professional. What I found odd were the rooms. During my first stay, my room had a desk but no cloth for showering and washing. My colleagues' rooms included washcloths, and we were on the same floor. During my second stay, my room was an engineering marvel. It was built into the very corner of the building, making maximum use of the available space. The downside was no desk. The upside was a washcloth but only for the first day. When the hotel staff refreshed the room the following day, they took the washcloth and didn't replenish it. These are odd but little things that would not deter me from staying at the MGallery again. Thanks again for another wonderful stay.

It is a well located hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are good.

Great stay for a first time in Vienna. Very centrally located but still having a “neighbourhood “ feel.
