Arrived early. Greeted well. Asked to sit in bar area. ( the brown chairs are uncomfortable and not befitting of a 5 star establishment, --this is my most unhappy experience at the hotel. If 1st impressions count then those chairs are a huge negative ) Otherwise we had a beautiful room, nightly turn down service , extensive breakfast which was delicious , transport arranged by the hotel to and from the airport. So close to the city centre. 10mins walk to the opera. plenty of taxis in the street outside . We would go again

We had multiple excursions booked and were not familiar with the layout of the old town centre. When asked for directions the staff went as far as walking us to the tram stop to make sure we got around easily.
