As the reservations were made through an external booking platform, the technical issue encountered during the booking process was unfortunately outside the hotel’s control. In case of an error message or any doubt about whether a reservation has been confirmed, we strongly recommend contacting the hotel directly by phone or email before making another booking. Our reception team can check the reservation and confirm its status for you. When our team discovered that two reservations had been confirmed under your name, we nevertheless cancelled one of them without applying any cancellation fee. Regarding the room allocated to you, we followed the reservation that remained active. We are pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the minibar and the welcome gift. We would also like to mention that you benefited from an upgraded room during your stay. We are sorry to read that the Wi-Fi connection was not satisfactory in your room. In this type of situation, we encourage our guests to contact reception during their stay so that our team can check the issue and assist whenever possible. No elevator, broken hair dryer, found a 2-inch spider in the room. I called reception, room service, operation, no one answer there phone. The room was clean though. There was no email for the access code as promised. I had to park at the gate and walked to the reception. After I checked in and went out, I couldn't get pass the gate back again and I had to walk again. The reception at late night couldn't help me at all, just told me to walk back to the gate and call the information button.

First visit to Mont Saint-Michel. This hotel is located in the area that is easy to take a bus there or to stroll around. Guest room provides Nuxe amenities and quiet comfort. We slept well and woke up to the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant next door. Service is smooth and pleasant. Very good price as well.

They advertise having air conditioning, but they've got the systems locked to go no lower than 23 C/73 F. Such a rip off! We chose this hotel because it specifically has air conditioning and I like to sleep in a really cool room at 19 Celsius. Time to pick a different hotel that doesn't block guests choice of the temperature they want in their rooms. A staff member said the lock is due to the law, but that's not true. The law on temperature regulation exempts private residences, including hotels! What a bunch of BS. Ugh.

I am very sorry to read about your frustration regarding the air conditioning and the confusion surrounding our policy. To clarify the information provided by our team, French legislation actually restricts the use of air conditioning in commercial buildings, including hotels, unless the indoor temperature exceeds 26°C (79°F). Therefore, limiting our thermostats to 23°C (73.4°F) is a deliberate compromise we have made to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests while still strictly complying with national energy-saving guidelines and Accor’s environmental commitments. We understand that room temperature is deeply tied to personal comfort, and we sincerely regret that this eco-responsible measure prevented you from enjoying your preferred sleeping conditions. Good accommodations and comfortable rooms. Amenities are limited, but the breakfast buffet was a good option to have before heading to Mont Saint-Michel. Parking is "free" at the hotel, but you have to pay to access the hotel parking lot past the regional toll barrier.

We were greeted congenially by the front desk staff, who also assisted us with our luggage. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel was very near the shuttle to and from MSM. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay - everything you could possibly ask for in terms of comfort, facilities, upkeep and hospitality. Once we got there. Sadly we didn't receive a code for the gate so needed to park the car and walk 500m to the hotel to obtain a code, as the hotel didn't answer the phone multiple times. Arriving at 10pm at night after a long day, as you can imagine this was far from ideal.

However, we are very sorry for the frustration caused by your arrival experience. Our front desk is staffed around the clock and our team makes it a point to answer every call, so we are surprised and regret that you were unable to reach us at that moment. We completely understand how tiring it must have been to walk to the hotel after a long journey at 10 PM. Please rest assured that we are double-checking our phone lines and access communication systems to prevent any technical issues or delays for late arrivals in the future. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the shuttle bus station to Mont Saint Michel. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and spacious, thanks for the efficient air conditioning, I’ve a nice sleep even in hot summer day. The overall experience was wonderful.
