As reported to reception on the night and when leaving the following morning, our TV continued turning back on after we definitely turned it off. This destroyed our ability to sleep for several hours. After calling reception no one came within a reasonable time so we had to withdraw the room card/ key to cut all electricity. The room is adjacent to plant room and is quite noisy. We have had no apology and heard nothing from Accor / Mercure, hence doing this review is just box ticking for Accor / Mercure.

excellent receptionist, he’s very kind and accommodating. the cot i requested was provided. the view we had from room was amazing. restaurant staff was very nice too and patient with my kid. over all we had a great experience in this hotel. i recommend !

Staff nice, food good, room was ok, bathroom was dirty, shower was blocked. Room was by lift to noisy with people coming and going. Close to metro to get around. Taxi outside hotel if you need one but expensive.

All staff are lovely, they even put balloons and rose petals on the bed for my girlfriend’s birthday. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Lifts are very slow. Would recommend.

Rooms were a little bit small. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little bit out of the way from everything else though and every time we had to go downtown it was an expensive ride. Perhaps suggestion would be at the hotel has some type of a daily shuttle if they could provide to customers

Amazing staff, room was well presented however a towel I was going to use looked like it had bodily fluids on it. I took it straight to the front desk and the staff apologised and gave me 2 new towels.

Checkin was quite cumbersome and the night agent (checkin was at midnight) was very reluctant to settle full invoice (room breakfast and parking) at once. A colleague had to remind her to do it. This did not feel very user friendly.

Upon arrival, I saw that the bathroom counter had been wiped, but was not really clean. Dark spots (mold?) were in the edges of the shower. After some days in the room, I discovered men's dark underwear on the dark carpet between the lounge chair and the curtain. I was the only occupant. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel. The. location was convenient for my needs; the. front desk staff was professional; the sitting areas in the lobby were well arranged; and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Other food options were convenient, and the wait staff knew the menu very well. The area outside by the water has some inviting chairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel in some respects, disappointed by the housekeeping.
