Alltough it was a hotel with lots of rooms we had a very quiet stay. Everything was very clean and the staff was really friendly. We will definitely stat here again when we visit Koeln.

First 2 rooms were dirty, black marks on the walls, tv remote control was absolutely disgusting, the bathroom silicone was very mouldy. A change of room was arranged very quickly by reception, who was very professional and helpful. The new rooms were much cleaner however the fridges did not work properly in the rooms as they did not chill out drinks even to mini bar temperatures. The corridors need the ceiling completing as it looks horrible seeing all the pipes and wires above. The breakfast is very expensive at 24 euros pp, we found much cheaper alternatives in town. Overall a nice hotel which was ideally located only 15 mins walk to the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed, rooms could just do with a refurbishment.
