I came first time to Mercure Severnstraße in 2024 and the staff was super kind to upgrade me to a lovely room with a balcony! This time I was upgraded as well to an even more beautiful room ! A correct welcome at reception right from the start. The hotel's staff were welcoming, helpful and professional, but also very friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant.. The room was really good. Spotlessly clean. Pets welcome. Breakfast offered a very decent selection – a real delight in the early morning. If you have a dog, having breakfast in the lobby or in the garden is very pleasant. Meals were very good, and the service was both perfect and nice. The car park is very well laid out and easy to park in.
