1st floor room clean and tidy. Other occupants of at least 3 other rooms up until the early hours talking and going to each others rooms. Did not drop off until 2:30am. Second time I have had disturbed sleep at this hotel

The room was dirty with carpets very dirty in all rooms we booked. Breakfast was not coming out in time, items were taking 15-20 minutes and the rest of your breakfast would get cold waiting.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Pleasant & helpful staff, both behind the desk as well as in the catering area. A vigorous & persistent knocking on our door at 4.00am, which was then repeated twice more, and which naturally woke us, was the only negative. It was an emergency health visit by two nurses & a nightwatchman, but at the wrong door! We understood the situation but were more concerned that the identity of the actual 'casualty' was found than the fact that our sleep was disturbed. We made an enquiry at the desk the following morning & hopefully the end result was a good one, & that the patient has made a full recovery

This was our 2nd time staying at Novotel, Wolverhampton. Everything was great, staff really helpful, rooms although dated were clean and comfortable. In room safe wasn’t working but it had a mini fridge, iron, kettle and hairdryer. The Rituals toiletries were a lovely touch.
