the reception staff at check in is very friendly , courteous and helpfull,the location is on the quiet side of the city althought train track is in front of the hotel so taxis cant unload passenger , the room and separate toilet bathroom is spacious, clean, modern, a bathtub is a plus point, 2elevator, comfortable king size bed and pillow, highly recommendable

Nice Place in the main Canal District, Good Breakfast Spread and Comfortable Room!

Spotlessly clean, superior staff, great location and fun decor. It's quirky in a great way - just can't help smiling at some of their special touches. 9 because (IMO) the food was not good enough to justify the high prices.

Hotel unique and wonderful! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made our first stay in Amsterdam a treat. Wasn't impressed by the restaurant, so gave it a 9. Just came off a cruise with fantastic food and restaurant staff, so we were spoiled, but considering the cost, the restaurant was disappointing.

Great welcome, great front office team. Small room, and no door in the shower (room #500). Satisfactory breakfast. Clean room and kind housekeeping team.
