INK in Amsterdam was our last stop before returning to the US. I am so happy it was as the accommodation is absolutely lovely and whimsical - to be topped only by the wonderful, helpful staff. INK is in an amazing location, near the Centraal station, and walkable to/from many sights among the districts. Hotel staff coordinated a lovely birthday surprise for my partner and provided excellent recommendations for food and experiences. The breakfast buffet was laid out in beautiful fashion and provided an extensive variety of choices - we are still talking about the fresh honeycomb and juices. We were also taken by the creative expression of Amsterdam sights on the walls of rooms and ode to the history of newspapers on the hallway walls. An absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Location of hotel is great. Most staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. Gentleman on breakfast was not very friendly each morning. Cement floors in the room were hard on the knees after a long day touring.

The hotel was a wonderful mix of new and old. Centred right in the middle of Amsterdam and so convenient for the station and then onwards exploring. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good food and drink. Relaxed atmosphere and a breakfast choice to die for...everything from crispy bacon, eggs however you want them , pancakes and syrup and even a real honeycomb for something to put on your toast...Comfortable beds. Quirky decorations for the doors all led by the newspaper connections.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was superb and many restaurants nearby for your evening meal. Hotel is conviently located for places of interest and shops. Super hotel with attentive staff.

Lovely check in process, the gentleman was excellent. When we were retrieving our bags the next am after checking out- the gentleman was horrible! (Caucasian with short grey hair). Too busy flirting with a woman checking in ignoring 14 people waiting. Actually looked at the line and shrugged his shoulders while telling her about the area, and walking her to the elevator! When the one staff member asked for him to unlock the room for baggage to be retrieved- he yelled “I only have two hands”. Every other employee was exceptional- this man is a discredit to your hotel. Horrible!!

Great location near the Jordaan, very casual but professional staff who will do anything to help and then some. The INK is a beautiful modern hotel, the rooms are small as would be expected in Amsterdam, but perfectly equipped and very functional. The map mural on the wall of the room was brilliant, both interesting to lie and stare at and then venture out and follow!

I like overall the experience to stay in Accor line hotels but behavior on arrival was not so acceptable.

Staff were impeccable. Room was small but well appointed. One of our two rooms was missing a shower door though. Well decorated, we enjoyed the hand manuscripted wall paper throughout the rooms and dining area. Small gym met out needs.
