We arrived in Amsterdam for a weekend city break. The hotel is in a good location and the staff was very welcoming. I was disappointed to find 2 single beds pushed together to make our bed as we requested one bed. The room was a good size and was clean. We did hang the clean my room sign on the door but on return to the room it hadn’t been cleaned and the tea bags and milk hadn’t been replenished. The breakfast in the hotel was ok but I think if I was to stay again I would find breakfast somewhere else. Overall I would recommend to stay here.

Went here on a girls trip from Texas and we really Had a great stay. Amazing hospitality, similar to the southern charm we missed at home!

We had a great stay at this hotel, the location was great and the hotel team was extremely friendly and helpful, all of our questions or requests were answered in a very polite and positive way nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a room located on the first floor which was very nice, clean and also quiet at night. The front desk could not do enough to make our stay better even with a late request for a late checkout made on the morning we was due to leave, they accommodated our request with no hassle at all. The story behind the building that the hotel is located in was very interesting and the decor in the rooms and corridors had some good information about the city.
