We would like to reassure future guests that we are extremely vigilant regarding this issue and carry out regular inspections of our rooms. Before your arrival, nothing indicated the presence of bedbugs in the room concerned. Nevertheless, immediately after receiving your report, we activated our emergency procedure: the room was removed from inventory, our specialized pest-control partner intervened without delay, and all textiles were sent for a specific professional treatment. We also carried out additional inspections as a precaution. We understand your disappointment and sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that guest comfort, cleanliness and safety are matters we treat with the utmost seriousness. Kind regards,

Reception, reservation, staff, parking were great. However the aircon was an absolute nightmare. And the people must know this but don’t care. I was too tired to go and start complaining.

Friendly welcome from the staff who found a safe place to store our bikes. Simple but clean and well-designed room. First class restaurant, serving locally-sourced food cooked to a high standard. The quality shames many higher priced restaurants.

This was a last minute booking. Perfect location on the river. So glad I decided to stay here. I had a delicious meal out on the terrace…cheese quiche, seafood mushroom puff pastry and lime sorbet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the second time that I have visited St. Dié and stayed at the Ibis hotel. It is conveniently located with easy access to parking. The rooms are spartan but clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was superior.

Good location for our journey through France and the town was a nice surprise with good choice of eating places. We were allocated an accessible room, although we didn’t request this, but it meant we had a spacious room and bathroom. Room was clean, comfortable and well-presented. There was no extractor fan or it wasn’t working, so it meant a very steamy bathroom; the shower was good. Breakfast had good variety and was fresh.

Nice clean hotel, large rooms, very good breakfast, good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel not very good for parking.

J'ai apprécié d'avoir pu formuler des souhaits (chambre pas côté rue) et que ce souhait soit respecté. J'ai apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre par cette nuit très chaude. J'ai été un peu dérangé par les bruits de sèche cheveux entre 6h et 7h, bruit venant des chambres à côté de la nôtre... mais, bon, j'ai réussi à me re-endormir. Bravo pour le café offert gracieusement le matin ! Bravo à l'équipe de jour et de nuit en place !

pas de problème majeur sauf à l'arrivée une serrure de chambre défectueuse avec nécessité de changer de chambre restaurant agréable par contre je pensais qu'il y avait un parking privé mais j'ai du laisser ma voiture pleine sur une zone autorisée au stationnement or il était indiqué parking sur la fiche de l'hotel
