The staff was super helpulf and welcoming, really nothing to say and on the contrary big kudos to them. Room was clean and breakfast was good. The only problem is that I booked this stay because of the pool and the pool experience was really not good at all: kids screaming all the time, people on their phones for music and more surprising ashtrays were present on the tables with many smokers having a cigarette also IN THE POOL and on their deckchairs. This was really not a comfortable situation even though it is stipulated that no smoking is allowed.

When checking in we informed the friendly reception lady we would have to leave at 6u15 and having booked the breakfast, she asked to check in the morning with the receptionist. Morning receptionist very unpleasant and wouldn’t even allow us to take a coffee just before 6 when needing to catch a train. if you have the name TGV in the name of your hotel you would expect to have some experience with people that travel. For the rest a very nice hotel with friendly staff.
