The bellman and the front desk agent who checked us in, as well as the one who checked us out were mostly lovely. However the overnight night auditor was so incredibly rude and condescending to us when trying to order room service (repeatedly sighing and condescendingly asking us if we had the right menu, we had actively pulled it up using the QR code provided to us, and the QR code directed to the same menu even the following night). My fiancee was made to feel like an idiot by this employee as he wouldn’t take the time to explain that the menu for that night in his hand was different. He did explain this to me when I went down in person, with no apology. We felt entirely unwelcome here as a result and I did end up asking the front desk agent (same as who checked us in) the following day if non-French speaking guests were welcome, or if the intended audience was French speaking only. She apologized and indicated that they do intend to cater to all guests, regardless of primary language. I recognize that Brussels is a city whose primary language is French, it is on us that we do not speak the language. But in the rest of the city we felt welcome, in both German cities and the other Belgian area we visited we felt welcome. This property was gorgeous and we’d love to come back, but we felt so unwelcome due to the demeanor and condescension from the night auditor that we truly don’t know whether to believe his actions, or the front desk agent’s words the following day.

We loved our stay and the great staff. The room was lovely and we got a nice amenity when we checked in. Only downfall was that we prepaid for our reservation and upon arrival they were not being able to find payment, but this was quickly solved and we went on with our beautiful stay.

Room and bed are OK, AC is working well. Bathroom is getting bit outdated. Breakfast and dining experience was below standards. Dinner was super expensive for what you get, the water melon started was within 2 minutes on the table. The main course was tasty but definitely not worth so much money. Without any sides.

Very nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Plenty of impressive welcome gifts and high end touches. My key card had issues three different times during my stay. It was quickly fixed each time at the front desk, but this seems like the most basic of things to make sure is right for anyone's stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was not great. Would stay again despite the issues.

Good room. bathroom a bit compact, comfy bed. Staff are great. A few things just not quite there. Damaged bathroom door. Housekeeping forgetting random things. Gym looks tired, TV in there broken, not always clean towels. Accor members get free water or other soft drink each day but you have to go get it from the bar. Details, the difference between a good stay and a great one.

An enjoyable 6 nights. Always safe, friendly, and clean. Location good, though the walk back from the centre is 15 mins and up a hill. Breakfast was the weakest point: some parts were brilliant (eggs, orange juice) but the range was limited and the coffee was poor. That aside, we recommend this place. The room had excellent aircon - something that’s now very important in the summer!
