We are delighted that you found our hotel to be well-situated, providing convenient access to the beautiful historical city centre and a myriad of restaurants and sights just a short stroll away. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the absence of in-room kettles for boiling water. This amenity is generally reserved for our premium rooms, which come with additional comforts such as coffee/tea making facilities. We understand that having the option to prepare hot drinks at one's own convenience can enhance the comfort of your stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Nonetheless, it is great to know that your overall stay with us was a positive one. We pride ourselves on the Sweet Bed by ibis provided in all our rooms for your sleeping comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Brussels. We are pleased that you found our hotel well-located, with our prime position in the heart of Brussels, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Grand Place and the central train station. However, we deeply regret to hear about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Your feedback regarding the cleanliness of your room is particularly concerning, as we aim to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We understand that finding foreign hair and an unclean bathroom floor falls short of these standards, and for this, we sincerely apologize. Furthermore, we acknowledge your disappointment with the unavailability of certain items during breakfast such as maple syrup and biscoff, and the room not being prepared at the agreed time. We will take your comments into serious consideration as we continuously strive to offer our guests a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Nonetheless, we are delighted that you enjoyed our breakfast offering, including fresh waffles which are a highlight for many guests.
