We are delighted that you found our hotel to be well-situated, providing convenient access to the beautiful historical city centre and a myriad of restaurants and sights just a short stroll away. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the absence of in-room kettles for boiling water. This amenity is generally reserved for our premium rooms, which come with additional comforts such as coffee/tea making facilities. We understand that having the option to prepare hot drinks at one's own convenience can enhance the comfort of your stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Nonetheless, it is great to know that your overall stay with us was a positive one. We pride ourselves on the Sweet Bed by ibis provided in all our rooms for your sleeping comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Brussels. What a wonderful hotel! The location was unbeatable! We want to highlight Rosa’s service at the front desk. She was very kind, customer oriented and was extremely helpful at check in.

Overall we had a nice stay. There was a leak f. our bathroom faucet but it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The staff at the front desk were helpful in coordinating the repair and helping my daughter weigh her heavy luggage bag, LOL. The view f. our top floor room was very nice but you do have to climb one flight with your luggage because the elevator only goes to the 5th floor. I would recommend the hotel. It has a nice location and was clean.

I did not have an advance reservation. Rosa and Camille at the front desk were very helpful in finding me a great room and apply membership rewards points to my reservation. Very happy with the stay.

Well located but cleanliness issues

2nd visit. Unfortunately no check-in till 3pm as hotel full. Not sure if it’s linked , but the bathroom was shockingly dirty , the amount of long hair (my son and I have short hair) was absolutely disgusting, also a ‘chocolate like sticky lump on bathroom floor ! Couldn’t be bothered to complain but totally unacceptable
