Usual Ibis hotel, clean, friendly staff, good value. A toilet flushing problem was reported but not resolved. Maybe a change of room could have been arranged?

I was putting on a theatre show at Greenwich Theatre nearby and travelling alone. The staff were so friendly, flexible and calm and I felt safe and happy. They weren't at all phased by the selection of wigs, costumes and props that I carried through the lobby. The parking is a real asset and can be booked via Just Park if you need to stay after the generous mid day check out .

We stayed three nights in total over the Easter weekend. We were in Room 180 for two nights and really like that room. We then made a last minute booking to stay another night and were in Room 203 - not quite as nice but ok for one night. Only issue in that room was that the shower hose was leaking out water to the side. But overall, a great stay, thank you.

We travelled as a family of four with our two teenage children for just a one night stay. We appreciated that our two rooms were next to each other. The rooms were both clean & sufficiently equipped for our needs. There was minimal to no noise & the beds were comfortable with extra pillows where wanted which all made for a good nights sleep. Reception / bar staff were friendly but not so skilled at cocktail making - the current £10 ’Cocktail of the Month’ which supposedly contained both cranberry & pineapple tasted only of gin & soda 🥴 - I’m not one for complaining unless absolutely necessary so I didn’t let on!
