On warm weather, the city-facing rooms are unbearably warm. There is no proper cooling system. The staff was wonderfully helpful (shout out to Leo) and changed us to an inner room. This one had a broken mini fridge... Staff is wonderful, but maintenance and climate control are quite lacking.

Very satisfied in general. Very clean and lovely staff. Shortage of towels on the initial day and the cooked breakfasts could have been a bit warmer. But happy overall. Location was perfect and very central.
