I DID NOT LIKE MY ROOM 417, TO SMALL WITH LITTLE ROOM. EXTREMELY HARD TO GET IN THE SHOWER AS DOOR CANNOT OPEN FULLY BECAUSE THE OVERHEAD SHOWER UNIT STOPS IT, PLUS HAVING TO GO UP A STEP MAKES IT EVEN MORE DIFFICULT. MY DAUGHTERS TWIN ROOM WAS BETTER.

We had just a night with Mercure Lille Centre Grand-Place, but the stay was very comfortable, the room is great, but the best part for us was the location, because we had a short time in the city and the hotel is easily connected with Old Lille and most important, the person who welcomed us at the reception was so nice and suggested a lot of good places to go and some food in the Christmas Market which was delicious (We don't know his name, tried to find him again during the check out, but he wasn't there, so we just want to say thank you). We felt welcomed and would be really nice to go back one day! =]
