Centrally located hotel. Standard rooms rather small and need refurbishing. OK for one night stay.

Hi, on the whole a very comfortable stay, the room is fine, the breakfast delicious. I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs! As often it is only the bad things that make people write reviews, and I wanted to let you know what small things affected down my overall experience, which are hopefully quite easy to fix. The room was quite hot, I changed thermostat on the wall to 19 degrees (it wouldn't let me do any lower than that) but the room didn't seem to get that cool, which is odd given it was cooler than that outside. If that worked better, that would have been good. Second, while eating breakfast and filling my plate, the waitress removed my cup of tea and glass of juice, which was a bit of an annoyance really. I had to get another. I was also seated right by the food, so the waitress could probably see me when doing this if she had looked, although to be fair, I didn't actually see her remove it. As a said minor things, I hopefully have done this in the way that remains private, and you can correct these for future visitors. And to end on a positive note, I enjoyed my stay, and these minor things would not prevent me from returning. Thank you for hosting me.

There was no shower gel but other than that overall good experience, no other issues
