Room clean, comfy and good powerful shower in bathroom. On first morning woken up at 7.30 by drilling in the building (not hotel premises) but hotel staff dealt with the issue and thereafter there was no problem. Breakfast always well stocked and staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel well located, just a few minutes walk from airport bus, trams and u-bahn and lots of good and varied restaurants nearby and Stephansdom and Grabban shopping area also within short walk distance (+/- 15 mins) Would definitely choose to stay at Mercure Vien Centrum when returning to Vienna. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
