3 of us stayed for 3 nights, attending the anime and gaming convention. Food was ok but very overpriced, the breakfast in particular was not worth the money charged. I was very disappointed to see that dogs were allowed in the hotel, and people sat around on the floor, which in my opinion should not be allowed. Not the upmarket hotel I thought it was

I booked what was meant to be a superior twin room while attending an event at the hotel, but it felt very basic and poorly decorated. The walls were so thin we could hear every noise from the next room and the corridor. Any extra soundproofing was pointless, especially with the gap under the door. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, there were no facecloths or complimentary slippers and not enough plug sockets. Although gluten-free food was advertised, nothing on the room service menu was suitable. Both restaurants were closed, and the bar only offered sweetcorn fritters with ingredients I’m allergic to or a portion of olives, which I don’t like. After having to pay over £6.00 for a packet of crisps at the self service area to feed my daughter. I booked an Uber takeaway to be delivered

Very convenient location enabling my husband and me to do separate activities during the day. Car park was a bonus and reasonably priced, outside of the Congestion zone. Spaces are very tight for larger cars. Common spaces are attractive, room a little rough round the edges and definitely no frills but perfectly adequate for our needs and very clean, and quiet and very good value for money. Staff were all pleasant, helpful and polite.

Well located. Close to Hammersmith tube and bus station. Parking is expensive at £40 per day and bit of put off. Rooms are spacious but feel dated. Beds were comfortable. Carpets were noticeably old, dirty and stained.

The original room is not so good, due to its bad location of being in the middle of passage and at a low floor, which is very noisy when naughty children running back and forth at night, without any discipline from parents. And the water pressure is a little small in the washroom, both for the tap and shower head. But the recpetion helps me to change my room to the top floor with an upgrade the next day, which is perfect for quietness and equipment. Very good location for the hotel, which is about 8-min walk to Hammersmith underground station and a small mall with convenience stores and restaurants. Hope you can refurnish all the rooms with modern shower room, toilet seat and tap, and strenghten the noise proof/isolation.

Lifts are painfully inadequate for such a large building meaning constant waits - it overloads with 4 people sometimes. The room key didn't work - not great when you arrive after long trip desperate for toilet, you check in, navigate dodgy lifts, walk forever and then key doesn't work and you have to go down again. How to make a wonderful first customer experience...

Hotel is in a good location, close to public transport. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable but thats where it stops. Had our bags stored, and when we went to get them we were told to come get them ourselves and then the staff watched while I struggled navigating 2 large suitcases out of the storage room. Not as professional as other hotels I've stayed at. During breakfast service any requests were met with unfriendly faces and we were made to feel that we were inconveniencing the staff. Went to reception, to multiple people to book an extra night. Told first 2 times, we cant book you, look online. No offer to look it up for me, just no. When the website wouldn't let me book I went down to reception again and the person booked it for me. When I asked why she could do it, she said she was the supervisor and only her or reservations have access. This was not told to me on the previous 2 occasions when I asked if the manager could help. I then proceeded to tell her about the issues we had faced and she clearly did not care. Said she'd tell her manager but I'm guessing it went nowhere as she was more interested in getting me to pay for my room, even though there were no other guests behind me. Just poor service right through the hotel.

I stayed with family offer for 2 rooms and I confirmed the price when I checked in with the booking price which booked straight on Novotel London West website, logged in Accor. But I found they charged £200 more on the email receipt and requested to refund but I haven't got any response yet.

The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. I had requested the sofa bed to be made up and it was not....the reception immediately asked housekeeping to do this and it was done in less than an hour. This is not the only time this has happened.
