Room was lovely and clean (although we only had 2 sets of towels and not 3 which we only noticed when the 3rd person was getting out the shower). But I would avoid all food. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening and it was appalling - very very small portions and poor quality. Breakfast was equally poor with extremely watered down orange juice. Surely margins arent too tight that you have to make the orange juice taste like water.

I stay at this hotel 2-3x per year. I booked the executive room. It was sadly so run down. It was actually worse than the superior rooms. The bathroom was dated. It was cramped. They have also removed everything from the minibar now so no real reason to upgrade. Overall very disappointed this time around.

Good afternoon We have checked out today following a stay from Friday room number 9076 I’m very disappointed having stayed before, no mention of the video gaming taking place in the hotel when booking if I’d have know that I would have looked elsewhere. Arrived at the hotel nowhere to park again if I’d had know this event was on I wouldn’t have bothered, then in the hotel and social areas People walking around dress as god knows what people rolling around on the floor in reception completely off putting and turning the hotel into a travel lodge totally unacceptable when paying for what I thought was a professional and quality establishment. We were unable to sit in the bar area on both evenings due to the gaming event and if I’m being honest we were completely put off. The room I had questioned soon after check in as again on booking I chose a nicer room with a queen bed premium executive room. Room door not identified as premium and no queen bed. I was told at reception I was wrong and all the rooms are exactly the same, I find this very insulting when I know this isn’t the room as described at the time of booking, I had to query the use of the mini bar as this was explained on arrival. During check out I had overheard a couple being explained all about the hotel their room and services even offered to be shown round. Even down to the breakfast we were disappointed no take away cups no little muffins, flapjacks, brownies tea selection all missing from our last visit. I did leave a minimal request when booking as this was a special occasion for myself and my wife this was ignored again I’m very disappointed having wasted a substantial amount of money and completely spoiling our special weekend away. As I said above I should have booked a travel lodge for £90 per night I would appreciate a response on the above issues raised Regards Dale

The room was a bit dated. 2 hours to park was ridiculous should only be for guests staying at the hotel and on top of that having to pay £1.50ph even though we paid almost £300 for the stay. Advertising fresh coffee but only had instant which was horrible. Had to keep adjusting the plug in the room to charge my phone H&S issue having to pull halfway out to charge phone all sockets the same the main positive was the staff who were fantastic apart from the restaurant so disorganised got food 10 minutes before I had to ask where the drinks are wouldn't mind but only half dozen tables were in use

The hotel is well located in Hammersmith, 5 mins away from the Metro. The rooms are comfortable, the personnel is pleasant, the breakfast is very good. Only issues for us were, there's a complimentary water each day for each family member. I had a go at the desk daily to ask for it. One night, I asked for it, the person at the reception ask that it's Brought to us while we are away, it never came. Also, nobody ever cleaned our room, we ask for it not to be done the first day, as it was still fresh. But the second we expected it, it wasn't done. I asked the reception, they told me it will be done tomorrow, in the end it was never done. With litter been full in the room and no toilet papers at the end of the stay. (Which I had to ask for in the corridors in the morning) Not very pro..... I gave the feedback to the reception during check out, it seems that somebody clicked 'Skip the housekeeping' option. I never asked for it, it wasn't a misunderstanding...
