Conveniently located close to Hammersmith tube stations. Comfortable room, although I had a very long walk to get to it each time. Nice big tv.

The carpet was badly stained. Grab rail is needed to get out of shower/bath. Definitely not worth the price

The suite was clean but smelt of stale smoke. The Aircon does not work and made the room too uncomfortable to sleep in.

Check-in was swift, the room was ok (executive room on 4th floor, a little scuffed, marked, stainage on the carpet, a bath tub plug that did not work - would not drain), room service was good value. Alas, the room walls are thin, you can hear the corridor and the next room. Three tiny packets of water in the fridge, cheap Nespresso-esque coffee pods. Only three of the six lifts were in operation, they took a while to arrive and to move between the floors. Be aware that cabin crew stay in the hotel, I tried to get into the lift and they were full of Cathay Pacific crew and all their luggage. Service on check-out was non-existant. The lady on reception was abrupt and did not thank me for my Accor loyalty nor for choosing the Novotel. When I asked for a print-out of my bill, she begrudgingly gave me a copy then proceeded to turn her attention to her phone. No service with a smile. I will not be returning.

I am a regular Novotel customer and have always had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and when we needed assistance, calling every number on the in‑room telephone didn’t help because not a single person answered. Additionally, the elevator situation was chaotic — only 2 out of 6 were working, which led to very long waiting times. When one additional elevator was repaired it could only carry 3-4 people.
