I booked a stay for 2 nights and was disappointed at the poor service and lack of cleaning standards. I’m a Silver Accor Member, there was no greeting or welcome drink on arrival, when I asked about late check out twice I was dismissed. Yet the member of staff had the audacity to ask me to leave her a good review. The room cleaning was poor, the bed wasn't made properly, tea wasn't replaced, dirty cups were left on the table. Overall it was a disappointing stay.
