Everything was good, clean room, comfortable bed good shower. Food was good too. Really enjoyed the pool but the toilets and shower there are needing refurbished. More sunshades over the lounge area would have been good in the heatwave . Staff are mostly all very helpful but restaurant staff are too busy to really look after diners properly .

The staff were pleasant, but the facilities are run down. It's false advertising to list a fitness room... 1 3kg DB, no towels.
The pool gate is a struggle to open and stairs need repair.

We really enjoyed our stay in hotel, bar and breakfast were nice, the minor issue was that our room smelt of cigarettes, if we would arrive early enough we would ask for room swap but due to late arrival we have decided to stay in the room

Fabulous hotel. Very friendly staff both on reception and at the bar. Lovely plush rooms with lots of space. We had a lovely lake view room. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located for the tram that takes you to the centre of Bordeaux.

We had 2 small dogs and the acceptance of pets was outstanding.
The ambiance. The restaurant. Bar areas. Entrance all was outstanding.

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, modern and ideally located across the road from a tram stop (C line) that went straight into Bordeaux city centre. Having a rooftop pool was also great. We had the express buffet breakfast one day which was great value at €15 each. Would highly recommend.

Reception staff on check in was abrupt & not overly helpful. We had booked & paid in advance for a Suite for 7 nights back in March. Later in evening when asked if it was possible to have a Lake view room /Suite she abruptly said you haven't booked a lake view so no. On checking, you cant select Lake view when booking a Suite so her information was incorrect & also I don't know why a room with a view of the Lake was not allocated considering we were there for 7 nights.
Breakfast staff were unwelcoming & ignored you. Food was very nice but not well organised - more plate stations would be useful rather than just the one considering the buffet was so spread out. Bowls weren't the cleanest. We had drinks in the bar one evening, bar man was uninterested & rude - felt we'd disturbed him! On our first night, which was a Saturday, we, along with a few other guests waited over 10 minutes for a bar man to appear - it was just before 10pm. I asked at Reception if there was anyone serving, she said he'll be there soon he's doing room service, we are short staffed! No apology. Not what you expect from a Pullman Hotel. Last year we stayed a few nights in the Pullman Bercy, Paris - staff were fabulous, very friendly, this is why I booked a Pullman again - what a mistake!
