Hotel is located at very nice place, especially if traveling by bus. S-bahn and U-bahn are nearby. Local bus stops are also nearby. Rooms were clean on arrival and they were cleaned everyday. We were allowed early check-in and late check-out, with nominal extra charge. Staff were very kind and polite. Listened to our every need and helped us solve it. Breakfast was good but we stayed for 5 days, so it felt repetitive. Overall, great experience.

Due to a medical emergency I had to book travel to and from Berlin immediately— including a rest at a hotel. The ibis' front entrance opens up into the coach station, which has regular runs to many locations. Plenty of food options nearby and wonderful and helpful staff; they even allowed me to check in early after I called ahead.

1. Where is your guest supposed to plug in computers? Sockets are nowhere near the small table provided. 2. Your sanitary ware needs replacing- the shower doors are old and need a good clean. The toilet bowl was black and needs a good dose of bleach and a scrubbing brush. 3. We were offered an iron at a deposit of €20 and the half way through our stay it was demanded back! 4. Considering your location near the Messe conference centre this hotel needs to upgrade its facilities and housekeeping. 5. If you are expecting overseas guests then please ensure that your signs are in English and other European languages. 6. Overall an uncomfortable stay for the money!

Awful room. Kept getting woken up by random loud noise from the cooling system. No iron in the room and only 1 in the whole hotel ! no safe no kettle. This is as basic as you could get. Have stayed in many Ibis hotels in the past and they have been great and comfortable.
