Monsieur K., Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre retour concernant le bruit rencontré lors de votre première nuit. Après vérification de votre réservation, nous constatons toutefois que le commentaire associé à celle-ci indiquait une demande de chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue. C’est donc conformément à cette demande que la chambre 412 vous a été attribuée. Nous regrettons néanmoins que cette situation ait entraîné une gêne pour votre séjour, notamment en raison du bruit provenant du bar voisin lors du match de football.
