We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport, the free and very convenient shuttle, and the access to early breakfast which is great for early flights. The bed was comfortable, roof had everything we needed and it was quiet which is surprising considering it's proximity to the airport. It has 3 food venues plus a bar. We would definitely stay here again.

We were quite disappointed with the hotel in general. The carpets were dirty, the floors sticky and the breakfast was not good. Unclean cutlery did not do well for one’s appetite. The location was good but we would not stay again.

Nice simple, but comfortable room for a couple. Nicely isolated from outside. There is a bus stop that is close to hotel, with bus that goes to city centre (Museumplein). Overall very nice experience.

Stayed 3 nights for the Amsterdam Marathon. Hotel has free airport shuttle service that runs (mostly) on time. Bus station directly opposite with buses straight into city centre and Olympic stadium. Reception staff super friendly, room was pretty average, has shower gel, etc. Would be nice to have a kettle and a couple extra pillows.

The hotel was conveniently located, had a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and the lobby facilities were really good. Parts of the hotel are renovated and parts are not. Sadly we were in the unrenovated part. It was like staying in a 1980/1990s holiday camp room. Our "twin" room meant that the two single beds were just pushed together with two duvets. There was one old, thin and cheap pillow per bed. The matrresses had foam toppers but they would slide off in the night. There was no fridge but we were able to open a window and put some milk out on the window ledge which kept it cool. The TV would turn on sometimes but not always. We did ask for a room change but the hotel was sold out due to it being the marathon weekend. Our friends who also stayed there had the newer rooms with baths and fridges and more modern tvs that worked. Oh, and two pillows each. It was night and day difference. We all booked at the same time so there should have been no difference with our bookings.

Had to wait a long time for the shuttle - almost half an hour. We were very tired as it was late in the evening. Hotel was great. Bus station nearby to go into the city. Next time would stay more centrally though

Exploring the hotel is already fun.

Our free shuttle departs from stop A9-13, just outside the airport to the right, and runs every 20 to 40 minutes without any reservation needed.
