Easy access from the motorway as you head towards or from Avignon. Outdoor pool was lovely after a long day in the car. Only minor issue was the restaurant was a tad chaotic in the ordering and delivering of food, but the quality was exceptional.

Great outdoor areas and decent food, but beds are woeful, squeaky nonsense - ours suddenly lifted itself up on a springed mechanism. Rubbish soft mattress too. And aircon ineffective - staff couldn’t care less and came up with two different excuses as to why it didn’t work. No apology and when we left no-one even asked how our stay was which is pretty much the most basic common courtesy. Shame as communal areas are really quite nice and great for kids.

You feel like you are on a tropical island in midst of the commercial zone. They managed to shield the hotel well from highway and commercial zone, you don’t see and hear anything. There is a nice pool, tons of entertainment for kids with playground, table tennis, football and video game corner.

Possibly the most unhelpful front of house I’ve ever experienced. What a shame, we arrived with a 6 week old baby to check in and were greeted with such rudeness as we were a little early for check in. We were told to wait at the restaurant (which we discovered was closed) then when we asked if it was possible to order some water they suggested we go to ikea or the town instead… our room was ready late and there was no condsideration for a young family at all. We managed to find a nice waitress at the restaurant outside who was wonderful and ordered us some drinks and nibbles phew! The two female receptionists just couldn’t be bothered, we even struggled to get pool towels. Such a shame as the restaurant and pool is lovely and the rooms are equivalent to a premier inn in the uk. They did the job!

We stopped for one night at this lovely hotel to break up our journey. When we pulled into the hotel the location did not look that good but don't let this fool you as the hotel is fabulous. We paid 30 euro for an early check in which was worth it. The receptionist even found is some croissants for breakfast. The decor is quirky but spot on. We spent the day by the pool which was lovely & clean. We ate all or meals in the hotel & really enjoyed the setting of the outdoor restaurant area. The quality of the food was good & the evening entertainment was lovely. The breakfast choices were really good.

Room more basically finished then other Novotel. It has the feel of a rundown hotel that has been refinished. The outside space and children’s areas are very nice. The restaurant was very confusing with very limited food options on Sunday - poor and incorrect information provided by staff.

Personnel were very welcoming and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in hotels so far, pillows included, which is even rarer than mattresses… Breakfast was also very tasty, vegan options included, and plentiful. There are also a lot of amenities for kids and family… Highly recommended!
