pricing is unacceptable. staff cold. Dinner undercooked and some oarts burned- un edible. Staff response- yeahhh we know. couldn't be mad as zero point.

The hotel location is great, and the staff were friendly. However, we experienced several issues with the room condition, room service, and the high level of chlorine in the pool. We booked a deluxe room, but the room appeared tired. There was chipped paint, ants in the room, and the toilet was very small. Although housekeeping serviced the room daily, we could still feel sand on the bed or floor after cleaning. In the last two days of our stay, the hand soap ran out and was not refilled. The pool also appeared to have a high level of chlorine, which irritated my daughter’s skin
