The trip was booked for my mum and grandma. The initial room they were booked into had the door left open when they first went to the room, and the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The team quickly addressed the issue and moved them to a different room with an upgraded view. My mum mentioned the tv did not have casting services and said this would increase her enjoyment of stay if this was made available in future. Thanks for your help and hospitality!

Poor customer service from outdoor bar staff member, who continued wiping and hanging glasses while I waited to be served. Twice I chased meal delivery, at off peak times.

Rooms clean. Buffet breakfast on last morning was good value. Only issue was checking out. Lots of people queuing. Only 2 staff at reception. Took 15 minutes to be seen. Had booked a taxi for 12.15pm. Ended up having to pay extra for taxi waiting.

Unfortunately the chrome cast didn’t work for the first 3 days of our stay. I had to ask frequently as was given no updates without prompts. It was frustrating
