Helpful personal. Easy to go to many interesting places in town without taxi. The people in reseption was very nice, understanding and helpful. We staied in your Hotel also for 4 nights last year. And will be back in your Hotel the same 4 days next year (if We Get a good offer 🤗)

We had booked 2 executive rooms for 2 nights , AC didn’t work well. We had purchased breakfast for additional cost, didn’t had good vegetarian options. Had to argue with the staff to arrange for us on the first day. Overall not worth the price for the hotel stay we paid for. Extremely disappointed.

Great location in Gdańsk, with everything within easy reach. The service was very good, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The only downside was the lack of bottled water in the rooms. There was a water carafe that could be refilled at a dispenser in the corridor, but this was not the most convenient solution, especially if you forgot to refill it before going to bed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Poor breakfast buffet, old rooms and for a reason toilet seems to be cleaned up but it smells awful. Window at room 337 it has a problem when you try to open. In other city's we have stayed and booked from all.accor site the hotels was very nice specially at Mercure hotel in Krakow.

Best services from Novol staff. A bit pity that we don't know the minibar is free at the first moment and the washroom pipe sometimes stuck with liquid out very slow. Hope we can enjoy the service next time better.

The hotel has a very convenient location, and the staff are very helpful and responsive. The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast. The only downside is that the renovation and furniture are quite outdated.

We had to visit reception three times to replace our room key card because it repeatedly stopped working. One of these incidents occurred at 2:00 a.m. when we returned from a festival, making the situation especially annoying. The staff explained that the key card system is outdated and that an upgrade would require significant investment. While I appreciate their honesty, this should not affect the guest experience. Furthermore too less power sockets in the room, no chance to plug your own hair drayer in boothroom as only on plug for shavers. On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive selection of food that rivals many 5-star hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with the city center only a few minutes away on foot and easy access from multiple directions.

Love this location, near Motława river, close to main attractions and great restaurants. Couple of min walk and you are on Długa Street. Very friendly team, spotless clean room, amazing breakfast choice, my daughter loved hot chocolate, filtered water on every floor, table tennis foosball in the lobby. We very much enjoyed our stay.
