I had asked for a room looking out on the internal courtyard. My email on this subject was not answered, and when I arrived there was no room left on the internal courtyard. The internal bolt in my room did not work and the blind only worked halfway.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de constater que plusieurs points n’ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, notamment le manque de réponse à votre demande de chambre, ainsi que les dysfonctionnements rencontrés dans votre chambre. Ce n’est évidemment pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir et nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser pour ces désagréments. Vos remarques ont été transmises aux équipes concernées afin d’améliorer notre organisation et la maintenance de nos équipements. Elles sont précieuses pour nous permettre de progresser. Everything was clean and the room was also quit nice as aspected. Only the location for itself is not as near to the main station as expected as I normal do.
