The hotel members are very kind, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is verry good.

We are sincerely sorry, however, for the recurrent issues you have experienced during check-out. This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide. The confusion regarding town tax, parking fees, room extensions and already-paid items should never occur, and we understand how frustrating this can be. We are also concerned about the incorrect bar invoice and the difficulties with our payment system. Finally, not receiving your invoice after your credit card was charged is understandably irritating, and we apologize for this lack of follow-up. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our front desk and management teams. We are reviewing our procedures to ensure clearer billing, better verification of charges, and reliable backup solutions in case of technical issues. I came after midnight and got my room quickly as booked. Room was nothing special, but I just needed a bed to get some sleep before continuing my drive to Paris.

I. the bath the tap was exchanged, but they forgot to put the covers back, so the tubes I. the wall were visible. And my biggest pain: instead of that my room was a non smoking room, someone before me was a heavy smoker I. that room, so the complete room smelled terribly like a pub...

Very good quality Ibis in great location, lovely room, great shower and very comfortable bed with spacious off street parking. Decent breakfast and efficient helpful staff. A short walk from the centre with restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice place to stay all things considered.
