There is one incident that one of the room we got this time, entrance key was mistakenly given (it should be normal key but card key was given) and room itself was not fully re-constructed.

When I arrived to the room the door was unlocked and the plumber working in the hallway was surprised that I was assigned the room as the hot water was not working On the first night the water in the sink completely stopped flowing suddenly. The flow resumed after 10 minutes. On the second day there were no towels in the room. I booked a taxi at the reception the night before early morning checkout. The request was logged in the hotel log but the taxi did not arrive. I asked the reception in the morning to check what happened. He indicated that the taxi service did not operate at 5:30 am, so I walked to the rail station
