I had a train departure at 05.47 am on Friday 24.04.2026 according to timetable . When I reached the hotel lobby at 05.15 am in the morning, there was no staff at the reception AND THE WING DOOR WAS LOCKED (additional blocked with table and chairs in the door)......? How is this possible? No other door to be seen to escape. What would happen in case of fire or other emergency case? Have you nothing learned from Crans-Montana 1/2 year ago? I expect a feedback from your management to this incident!!! Coincidentally one person of your restaurant staff appeared 05:30 am in the morning and opened the door, thus I could still reach my train............ It is unbelievable.

Lack of WiFi for one whole week is inexcusable nowadays. Hotel is nice, the breakfast area is small and uncomfortable for breakfast with the tables being too low.

The hotel was ok. Bed was comfortable and shower had ok pressure. There were a few problems. The hotel has no wifi in the rooms since Orange had an internet issue in the city over a month ago. We had to go to the bar for wifi. Second, be aware that the AC doesn't get turned on until May 1 no matter how hot it is. Fortunately, the windows open so we could cool the room off at night. They did give us a fan for the room.

We are however sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi outage. This issue is due to an external problem affecting the network provider in the area, and unfortunately remains beyond our control. In the meantime, we provide access to Wi-Fi in our bar area and have also implemented a backup solution via a hotspot to assist our guests. Regarding the air conditioning, our system operates seasonally. As temperatures were still very low at night during your stay, we had not yet switched to cooling mode. We are glad that opening the windows and providing a fan helped make your room more comfortable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions. Stay here quite often as we have an office nearby. Always reliable, great breakfast and rooms are clean and well-equipped. Stayed for 3 days this week and wifi wasn't working for the full 3 days. And with poor phone reception as well, this made it impossible to use the internet. For a business trip, this is very inconvenient as I needed to get some work done.
