We are however sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi outage. This issue is due to an external problem affecting the network provider in the area, and unfortunately remains beyond our control. In the meantime, we provide access to Wi-Fi in our bar area and have also implemented a backup solution via a hotspot to assist our guests. Regarding the air conditioning, our system operates seasonally. As temperatures were still very low at night during your stay, we had not yet switched to cooling mode.
