Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement ainsi que la propreté de l’établissement. Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés concernant l’accès à la réception et la nécessité de refaire votre clé, ainsi que pour le fonctionnement du réfrigérateur dans votre chambre. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre agacement et regrettons le manque d’information préalable à ce sujet. Votre remarque concernant la signalétique est tout à fait pertinente et a été transmise aux équipes afin d’améliorer notre communication auprès de nos clients. We are however sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi outage during your stay. We fully understand your frustration, especially for a business trip. This issue was due to an external network provider problem and was therefore beyond our control. Please be assured that the situation has been handled in coordination with the provider. Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are pleased to read that you found the bed comfortable and the shower satisfactory. We are however sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi outage. This issue is due to an external problem affecting the network provider in the area, and unfortunately remains beyond our control. In the meantime, we provide access to Wi-Fi in our bar area and have also implemented a backup solution via a hotspot to assist our guests. Regarding the air conditioning, our system operates seasonally. As temperatures were still very low at night during your stay, we had not yet switched to cooling mode. We are glad that opening the windows and providing a fan helped make your room more comfortable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions.
