Found the hotel easily just off the motorway, plenty of secure parking. Check in was easy , staff very helpful, unfortunately the building works did not help. Room was tidy disappointing not to find a refrigerator in the room , I was told at reception that they do not put them in the rooms. Big let down! Bar and restaurant was fine, food was good , staff very attentive good selection of local fayre. Breakfast likewise was good. A satisfactory stay.

Friendly staff but old tarted up rooms

Very very old rooms with some new furniture but the bath was old and chipped. The sink drain could only be operated from underneath the sink (I have photos) . No heating available after trying to warm the room for 2 hrs. I got a radiator from reception One of the bulbs out in the room Chipped crockery on many dishes and plates at breakfast time (I have photos) The breakfast staff let the empty plates pile up during the session. So we could have space for a second coffee I took the breakfast plates back to the kitchen myself. You are charging Novotel prices while the hotel is being renovated poorly. This only brings down the reputation and perceived quality of the Novotel Brand

A stop over on a long journey. Very quiet location with spectacular views. Great to recuperate and to continue a travel on the next day. A lot of parking space. Very nice and friendly staff. The room itself would need a bit of refreshing.

My husband and I stayed there for three nights, this is our second visit to the hotel. It is dearly located to visit Grenoble, Chateau de Vizelle and many other places the few from the rooms of the mountains are stunning. we were pleased to see that renovation starts this September as the corridors and the rooms are a little tired. But saying that the beds are so comfortable, you get a good nights sleep the shower /bathroom, it’s really good. Outside the gardens have so many games to play plus beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with such a very choice something for everybody.. the restaurant in the evening had a good selection which was very tasty and presented well. And the staff, what can I say? They are excellent very helpful very polite yeah definitely will return next time we are in the region. Looking forward to seeing the new look.
