This hotel undoubtedly has a great location and facilities however it is seriously let down by the food. We had the breakfast which was almost inedible. All the 'fresh' fruit was off. It tasted mouldy like it had been opened on Monday and just added to each day until the Friday. This was not just one of the bowls but all of them. The bread for toast felt stale before being put in the toaster. Very very disappointing - not at all what I expect from a Novotel.

Mitigated experience. Very strange personnel's behaviour at the restaurant, fortunately the only lady there saved my evening, and reheated cuisine, without imagination. I can understand that delivering some calories to a huge group of German tourists is something of a challenge, but they also deserve to eat well. I did anyway. In the end not the service I expected from an hotel this range. Rooms could benfit from a little renovation as well.

Very nice staff, nice room.. would be better for some comfy mattress and tv with you tube or options to watch English speaking channels

Poor breakfast, not well located, old rooms, no coffee machine.
