A great hotel close-by to my business affairs. People are lovely, food is great, Covid concept is good. Not the newest hotel anymore, but clean and great bed and TV. I will come back again for sure.

Good but breakfast was not ready at 6:30. So for business people traveling. Early breakfast is very important.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. However, I had call the hotel to cancel a previous booking and make a new one. The initial booking was not cancelled and I was lucky to notice it myself online with my ACCOR account. I called the hotel who was able to finally cancel and refund me ontime. The restaurant's children menu offers very little kids' friendly options. The very French 'steak haché frites' does not appeal to most children who are not French. The remaining choice on the menu for children was chicken wraps. There were big chunks of bones in the wraps which is not acceptable. You need to have more options for children on your menu. I chose the dorade with lemon risotto and the dish was not up to standards for the restaurant. The overall quality to price did not match for a total meal of circa €95. Our room was fine for a night, but the shower gel dispenser was empty in the shower. We have also forgotten an electric toothbrush. I called the hotel the evening of our departure, as well as the following day, but now 4 days later, I have not heard back. Also, the staff at breakfast on Saturday 23rd July was not wearing their masks properly and were not able to tell me if I should fill out the available form for COVID tracing purpose and seemed confused when asked about it. I would have expected stronger COVID rules in the common areas of the hotel and especially at the breakfast buffet. Overall, if we were to stay at the hotel again, we will not use the restaurant again and we will go to the available restaurants nearby.

Good location, very good breakfast. The restaurant, the reason we booked here, was closed which was not mentioned on the website. A bummer! The room was too hot and we couldn’t get it any cooler. The most horrendous experience, was the mold on the window and even worse in the bathroom and specific in the bath

Safe car park. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Room is cozy and large. For my welcome drink, the bar was closed but there was a good selection of drinks to take away. The staff offered me to take a proper glass instead of plastic glass and was ready to bring it to my room. Awesome service.

On first arrive both the exterior of the bld and the surrounding local are not the most attractive. Inside things improve significantly, the staff where very attentive, The rooms are very clean , the restaurant area is nice and the internal décor has a industrial heritage theme. Some fixturing and fitting are aging , for example there is not much chrome left of the plumbing fitting. However overall its a very usable short stay business hotel.

Room needs to be refurbished, Bedsheets not clean (old blood stains on it), and damaged with holes, Shower broken, tiles with mushrooms, ... Blocks of dust gathering on the carpet Almost no attention nor upgrade for fellow customers ( in my case the highest grade Platinum) Very disappointed, i used to give better rates here.

After a long trip we were looking forward to our junior suite, and it smell smoke of cigarettes.According to the manager no other room was available and it was to us to open the window to refresh.I wander why we pay so much to ultimately get a smelly suite and refresh it ourselves???No compensation and no upgrade, how pitty and how rude to treat guests the way the manager did.The manager was a woman, so very unprofessional.
