The rooms were very nice om and comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant and the pool were closed when we arrived at 20:00 so we had to eat somewhere else with 2 kids. Breakfast was very good!

I booked a room for 3 adults which was confirmed but the room had not been prepared for 3. I went to speak to reception to advise of the error and told to remove the covers myself - I was given some towels and when I asked for an extra pillow for the 3rd person was met with a ‘what do you want me to do about it’ attitude - then told she would have to take one from another room (to get rid of me) 1 hour later I went back to challenge what I had been charged and ask for the pillow - only to be told there were not any!!!!! REALLY?????? MERCURE PARIS SUD DOEN NOT CARRY ONE EXTRA PILLOW!!!! A lesson on how to lose customers

The hotel itself was fine but the check-in experience was not. When we arrived (midnight) our reservation could not be found. Eventually we were given a room and when we left in the morning we were asked if we used two rooms! Everything was handled okay by staff but it would have been a disaster if the hotel had been full.

Tired mattresses, avoid rooms at the end of building due to disturbance from laundry vehicle pickup at 1am and 3 am in the morning. studio room cold, ceiling cassette ventilation unit full of dust no air flow.

The room was the best part of my stay. Apart from that the staff were mostly not engaging, the restaurant was overpriced and food average, plus had to continuously walk past smokers at the entrance to the hotel. For the number of stars this hotel advertises this was not an experience I want to repeat.

The hotel is fine for a business trip. The location in Les Ulis is good for offices in Courtaboeuf, and the Orly Airport is ~30 minutes drive from the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby, you can reach downtown Paris in about 1 hour if needed. The room was clean and neat, but quite cold for me. There is no heating, and the thermostat only goes to 23°C and didn't do much to warm the room up. Unfortunately for non-French speakers, half of the staff does not speak English. Also, the restaurant si closed Friday to Sunday so if you're staying over the weekend you need to go elsewhere for lunch/dinner, and there are not many restaurants or cafes nearby as the hotel is in an industrial area.
