The key feature here is the staff. Every one I engaged with was polite, friendly, professional and personal. Food was very good; breakfast has a good selection. Rooms are basic but clean. -1 for: No tea/coffee facilities in room. -1 for: The room sockets are too close to the wall, preventing use of an adapter and (UK) plug. Nice working area near reception - with sockets - thank goodness!

I enjoyed my stay and especially nice breakfast every morning! My only suggestion is that I several times asked for hand towels but we only received one large bath towel that was not comfortable to use for hand and face washing!

Pros: Cleanliness of the rooms, excellent and exceptional food for a 3-star hotel (selected lunch dishes), the idea of tokens for use at the bar in exchange for skipping room cleaning was a great plus, hotel staff were smiling and genuinely friendly, which is rare and usually the exception. What was on the negative side: Poor room ventilation- central air conditioning set to heating, so if I wanted to cool down, I had to open the window facing the street, which made it hard to sleep, breakfasts rather for non vegetarians (lack of vege menu)
