......the dining/drinking experience gets worse everytime - this time there's no beer at the bar and the server refused to put a new keg on. Rooms are always clean however.

I was so disappointed. I’ve reserved one deluxe room with breakfast and 3 course dinner included for 92,10 euros, and I had a confirmation mail for this reservation, but in fact we just had a room, but breakfast was not included and also no dinner as the restaurant was closed, so it changed all our plan for the night as we were expecting to have dinner when we arrive to hotel but we needed to look for something to eat ! And also we needed to pay for the breakfast, it was supposed to be included ! I have reserved and I was confirmed by you for a room with breakfast and 3 course dinner included at 92,10 € but in fact I have payed 126,90€ for a room and breakfast and no dinner !!! It’s a cheating, arnaque !!! So much disappointed.

Upon review, we discovered that an error on our part occurred: the package including dinner should not have been offered, as our restaurant is closed on weekends. Additionally, the charges applied were incorrect. You should have only been charged for the room rate and the local taxes. We will proceed with a refund for the breakfast.
