The hotel was a brilliant little find. Excellent location to explore Momartre. The reception staff on arrival were very friendly and let us check into our room early. There was a slight glitch with the room ( very minor) but the reception staff upgraded us to a room on the 9th floor with an amazing view! Rooms were spacious, very clean and perfect for this type of break! Rooms were cleaned every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to thank the friendly staff who made us feel very welcome :-)

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. Good breakfast. Quality Price ratio for the room and breakfast was good based on the hotel's city location.

We enjoyed our stay great customer service We would like to make special mention to Mousa who was so lovely a. helpful at breakfast. We were upgraded to a room with a view of Sacre Coeur which was a nice surprise. We would stay again if we returned to Paris.

Not the best staff I interacted with. Some are rude and helpless. Not at the standard one would expect for a 4 star hotel.
