Awesome security staff: Mr. Jung ____ Young was very professional and efficient in that he ensured my safety when a stranger entered into the hotel building too close to me. Thank you! Also, housekeeping is professional and seamless. They also initiate saying hello. In my opinion, housekeeping staff was more professional and pleasant than concierge staff in grey suites. Waitresses and waiters at premier lounge and breakfast buffet were excellent and accommodating as well. Concierge female staffs in grey suites could improve their services; they enforce a lot of rules that could be done in a kinder manner. I have found them to be too rigid and abrupt, not smiling nor welcoming.
