Awful stay

My recent stay was terribly ruined by the following: 1. A telephone in the guest room made strange sounds all night long, so I could not sleep well. 2. The locker room attached to the bathhouse was very dirty with a plenty of water on the floor. 3. During breakfast, a fat, female culinary staff at the sushi section made her political statement so loudly that I could hear it. I doubted whether this hotel was training the staff properly.

Winter has arrived, the room is cold, there is no heating equipment, and additional blankets cannot be added. I hope for improvements.

Room was very cold due to sealing of the window was very poor

Stayed room 920 and it was so cold during my stay because sealing of the window was very poor. I tried to close the window many time but it was fixed with silicon. Even it was sealed with silicon I think some portion of side was cracked and I could hear outside road traffic sound very clearly and room temperature was not maintained during my stay.
