Please allow us to address each concern you raised. Telephone in the Guest Room: We are sorry for the disturbance caused by the strange sounds coming from the telephone. We understand how important a good night’s rest is, and we will have our maintenance team inspect and resolve any issues with the telephones in our rooms to ensure this does not happen again. Locker Room Cleanliness: We sincerely apologize for the condition of the locker room in the Hot bath. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we will review our cleaning procedures to ensure that all areas are properly maintained for the comfort and safety of our guests. Breakfast Experience: We are truly sorry to hear that the behavior of a staff member affected your breakfast experience.
