I have been working in the Hotel industry for a couple of years before changing to IT., so I guess I count as a more experienced guest who have been standing at the other side of the table. Me and my family had a very pleasant stay, the hotel location is perfect, the rooms are clean , staff is very polite and always smiling - not used to that, breakfast was also very good and tasty. The only thing which would fall in the ""Development needed" area is the Temperature of the pool - a little bit cold for my taste, but you will get used to it after swimming a couple of laps.

The Novotel Blackfriars is my go-to hotel when I am on business in the Strand/Chancery Lane/Lincoln's Inn area. It's a lovely walk across the river to the South side where I am always greeted as an old friend and treated exceptionally well by the Novotel team. Chose Novotel based on its location (close to the event venue - walking distance). Had a very good experience overall. Appreciated an upgrade upon arrival - made my whole stay much more enjoyable. My dinner (main course) on the first night was not warm enough (meatballs were coldish on the inside). Only bad experience - got my mobile stolen from my hand while waiting for an Uber right outside the hotel, but it's not the hotel's fault, obviously. Thank you, guys!

It was great to stay at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and accomodative. Thanks for Novotel for replacing my sparkling water with spring water that helped me gulp down a few more bottles of water :). It was overall a very good experience.
