I don’t usually complain but I strongly feel that I need to especially with regard to hose keeping. We stayed 5 nights, the first night we didn’t arrive until 9pm so we thought we would get room service. 2 club sandwiches with no sauce or mayonnaise on one, they both came with mayonnaise and sauce so my husband just pulled it to bits and ate as he was too tired to reorder. I had to continuously ask for water and on the last night they didn’t even bring it when I ordered it. 2nd day in the sheets were chanting the bed and there was no top sheet. I had to request is the app for a top sheet the next morning, the bed was made with top sheet left folded on the bed. So I had to remake the bed. There were empty bottles of water left and dirty glasses- house cleaning never took away or replaced. We were told we were upgraded to Executive my mistake by not asking what this meant as there was nothing out of the ordinary offered.

Management are not understanding as their was a dispute regarding rooftop terrace. Our stay however was absolutely without fault. The staff went out of their way to be friendly mainly Albert and the majority of your reception team. Even after check out they held our bags for the entire day. The spa is peaceful and relaxing… this hotel really is lovely.

Great hotel but beware of the Peep show shower!

We had two nights here Friday and Saturday. A room for three female adults. The hitel staff were welcoming. We were in Room 606 we had one king size bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom was a reasonable size with a sofa bed. Clean with towels for three, plenty of water povided a very generous six small glass bottle were in the fridge. The hotel is in a good location though we did use Ubers as we were tired. Took ourselves to Covent Garden on Friday for dinner and then drinks later. On Saturday we headed to Stratford for ABBA voyage easy journey from Southwark. Back to the hotel a quick swim pleasant pool hot tub is chilly as the water feeds in from the pool. Out again and onto Pig and Butcher in Islington by Uber. A couple of drinks in the hotel bar and bed. We didn't bother with breakfast but swam again Sunday morning. Only gripe with the room is the shower you can see a silhouette but if you turn on the light button in the shower you can see pretty much everything. A warning would be good! Despite that a great hotel.

Lacking the protocols of a modern hotel

This hotel does not understand the concept of a credit card deposit to allow for in hotel expenditure. This hotel has not trained its staff to expect chargeback to one’s room. This hotel has rude breakfast staff. This hotel does not train its staff to recognise or acknowledge the Accor Loyalty programme.
