Room is not cleaned properly. Toilet has a perpetual smell. Due to the room layout and toilet glass walls, the smell from toilet fills up entire room. There is no air ventilator in toilet. You can see that the glass walls and floor of bath and toilet areas have not been cleaned for awhile. Please note there is security deposit of 10… dong per night even though room is fully paid in advance. Exhorbitant and ridiculous. We will not stay in this hotel again.

First time not receiving a room upgrade from an Accor hotel. When asked receptionist simply said hotel full, wow for a Wed-Fri stay. Reception also did not mention welcome drinks and I had to go back and ask before knowing where to redeem. Bed creaked when getting off. Overall meh, will not revisit. Accor gold.
