Novotel Hoofddorp exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel has a modern, welcoming atmosphere, and everything feels well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. My room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with great amenities and a relaxing layout. The beds were excellent, and I slept really well throughout my stay. The hotel facilities are also impressive, especially the lobby and dining spaces, which create a bright, comfortable environment to unwind. Overall, this was a flawless experience. Novotel Hoofddorp delivers quality, comfort, and great service, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Hotel was nice and good location to the airport. But the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were probably the worst pillows I’ve ever slept with in my life. Also the shower was pretty bad. Water didn’t drain so I had to stand in water and could only take a 3-4 minute shower otherwise the water would flood out onto the bathroom floor. (Open shower)

Well located and Stylish. I was not very satisfied with the bed as it cracked, and the matrass was not comfortable. I had a family room, and it was a little more noise than expected.

I rated the hotel a 4 as it cost me 400 euros for one of the nights I stayed at the iron in the room could not be used due to stains.
