Stained chair in room, Shower and Sink hot/cold water nor running properly. Visible lack of room maintenance.

This is a functional hotel that serves a wide range of traveler tastes and reasons for choosing the Hoofdorrp location. My disappointment came from two key services: 1: Breakfast hot food was tepid-cold at best. 2: The description of a standard double bed transpires to be two single beds pushed together. Not a King or even a Queen sized bed. That really irritated my belief in Novotel delivering on their promise of a comfortable night

I stayed at your hotel again recently, as I often do for work, and overall I appreciate the consistent service and comfort. However, during this stay the room was not as clean as I am used to. I wanted to share this with you so it can be followed up, as I normally have a very positive experience.

Friendly staff. Shower did not work well. Bathroom faucet temperature had issues, too hot and too cold with no in between. The bed was split, not a full bed. Not sure why? The coffee machine was dirty and wet under it. Room was next to elevators.
