It was a very smooth check-in and the room was clean, bright and spacious. The bed was also very comfortable and the aircon was quiet and cold for a comfortable sleep. The hot shower was very rejuvenating. I always enjoyed the Ibis Bencoolen because of the breakfast and I did enjoy the wide delicious spread, though the coffee machine was changed and it was not as good as the old machine. Apart from this small thing that I missed, it was a very enjoyable stay and I will certainly return to Ibis Bencoolen in the near future.
