All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Exceptional customer service from everyone. The lobby and room were modern and sparkling clean. Good location. About a 5 minute walk to the nearest MRT station. Would definitely stay at Ibis Bencoolen again.

The staff members were very accommodating. Upon check in, Kit told us that she could request for a take out breakfast for us if we will check out earlier than 6 o'clock. My laptop cord charger does not match the wall outlet in our room and Oliver loaned me one. Ibis Bencoolen has a very spacious breakfast dining area and the breakfast buffet I believe caters to the tastes of different guests. The staff loaned us an umbrella on a day it was raining on our way out. When I was registering online for our Malaysia Arrival Card, I made a mistake that I could not satisfy the verification process as I am 79 years and not abreast with technology. Mr. Roger Ong was very kind and patient to register me and my wife. We were very happy with our room except for the chair that was one only. At our age it was not so comfortable sitting on the bed doing something even though we were out the whole day during our stay from December 23 to 30, 2025.

I had good experience by staying 4 days 3 nights in Ibis Bencoolen with my hubby and 2 older age sons. Good location with Ibis street and hawker center just nearby, MRT walking distance. Breakfast different everyday, hotel is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful.

Location and stay was good. Elevator waiting time is very long. Tried the e-upgrade to upgrade to king sized bed. Initially was upgraded using the price mentioned in the email. Then after going to the room, was advised that my initial request for e-upgrade was denied and i should pay for the regular price instead. Other than that our my family enjoyed the stay.
