1. Air Conditioning Issue (Room 1405) -The air conditioning temperature was stucked between 23.5–24°C and could not be adjusted despite I tried to switching to cold mode and lowering the temperature to 20°C. This made the room uncomfortably warm, particularly for a stay with an infant. 2.Baby Cot Safety and Comfort -The Joie Baby Travel Cot provided was missing a proper mattress. The thin layer of cloth placed inside offered no support, literally leaving the baby to sleep on a hard surface / floor. -Additionally, due to the open space beneath the bed, it created discomfort and fear for our baby. As a result, we had no choice but to remove the cot, store it under the bed and co-sleep with out baby, leading to a disrupted and sleepless night. 3.Unnecessary Disturbance by Staff -We were disturbed by repeated doorbell ringing while resting, which ultimately woke our baby. -The purpose of this interruption was to deliver two apples, something that could have been placed in the room prior to check-in. -Furthermore, the staff member could not even pronounce my name correctly, making the situation feel unprofessional and unnecessary. 4. Mishandling of Drink Coupons -While I redeeming my drink coupons in front of the bar staff, one was used correctly. However, the staff swiped second coupon without my knowledge while I was engaged in conversation, and the same staff also failed to inform me afterwards. I unknowingly swiped a third coupon, only to be informed afterward that the second had already been used. This resulted in all three coupons being consumed, although I had intended to reserve one for the following day. -This lack of communication is unacceptable. Additionally, handling a guest’s device without clear consent is highly inappropriate and could lead to serious complaints. 5. Poor Service and Communication at the Bar -The bar service was particularly disappointing. I ordered a can of Tiger beer but serve without glass, unlike other guests, perhaps asian face vs white face. -When I requested a beer mug with ice, I was repeatedly served a tall glass filled with ice despite clarifying my request multiple times. Even after escalating to another staff member, who look like senior, the same mistake was repeated. -Eventually, I was informed by the senior that the bar do not have beer mugs, something that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. -The situation escalated to the point where, the girl put the beer can and tall glass in front of me without serving it and I had to manage the serving myself. This reflects a clear lack of listening skills, service standards, and staff training.

Good stay overall. Value for money. Location and room and staff all good. Elevator in maintains seems only one or two working, wait time could be long in busy times. Otherwise ok.
