My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our son for 3 nights, on the way back from our daughter’s wedding in Boracay. It was extremely good value for money - very clean and good sized rooms for Singapore. The air-con in the rooms was good and not noisy like other places we had stayed in, and the staff very accommodating. The hotel is very central to all the places we wanted to visit. There are 2 MTRs within a few minutes’ walk which serve different directions. We didn’t have breakfast but did have a meal in the restaurant on the afternoon that we flew home. It was very acceptable. Only one little grumble - the pillows were very large and quite hard, although one of mine was a little softer than the other. But that didn’t detract from the very good stay we had there. I would highly recommend as a budget hotel - central to all the places highlighted in the guidebooks.

The location is the best, clean room, the amenities must added, must be inprove : level of soap, when we check in the soap and shampo is less, and we must wait for room until 16

Air conditioning is noisy and makes the room too cold; lifts go up and down regardless of which floor you have requested; breakfast food very flavourless and unappetising; staff friendly; great shower and bed.

I came at 9 pm, and the check in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean and had all the necessities. As it was fasting month, I called in advance to confirm if they start the breakfast earlier and they confirmed that the breakfast start at 4 am. When I came down at 5am, it's true that their breakfast is ready. Unfortunately for me I see that there is pork bacon and there is no segregation with the other food. So I only ate breakfast once and didn't go for their breakfast for the rest of my stay. The food is good though, for those who don't need any dietary restriction. The checkout process is also quick. My only feedback is to be able to use debit mastercard for payment as they require a deposit.
