We were quite surprised that IBIS didn't accept the use of Apple Pay. And really embarrassed to hear your staff lying about: oh in Singapore Apple Pay is not used because of scams. Very bad beginning for our stay. How could we ever recommend your place ?

Comfortable room and good location. Breakfast that was included could have been better. Over crowded restaurant and hardly any choice of food. Had to wait for a table to sit down at.
