No frills, but great value for money

Well located near Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. No frills, but comfortable rooms. Second stay, suggest requesting a room not facing William St, as it's much quieter on the Premier Ln side of the building. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location great. However.... cleanliness and bathroom were VERY bad. The room had windows but you couldn't open them, and there was no window in the bathroom nor extraction fan. The bathroom incredibly mouldy and there was no shower divider or curtain. Like you would open the shower and your toilet paper would flood. We asked for a shower curtain but they said no rooms have it, apparently they cannot put them. So there was no privacy in the bathroom, everything got wet including the toilet and then all mouldy and moist because again, no window or fan. There even was a sign on the door saying to shower with the door closed because the steam would activate the alarm on the room. Everything else was fine, but to be honest for what we paid we did expect a better bathroom and cleaner.
