Great Location, comfy bed breakfast was adequate. Lifts were broken and lights out, fire stairs locked. We were given a late check out and early check in. Staff were helpful and friendly.

First of all, in our first night the firealarm went off and the whole hotel had to evacuate at 3.30 because someone apparently showered too hot? The room is spacious but the matrass and pillows both gave as neck and back pain cause they are so soft. The bathroom is very old, there was malt on the ceiling and pieces of the wall missing (room 601). Ooh and there was no shower curtain (which I asked, and was completely normal but the rails was still there). We did not get an update about the fire alarm or any compensation for the broken night we had which is a shame i think. I would not go here again.

Fire alarm was activated at 3:45am while sleeping. The whole building had to evacuate because some shower steam issue. Extremely dissatisfied and had no apologies at all. Refund would be ideal
