The visit to this hotel went very smoothly. Check in staff were very friendly and welcoming and offered information to help enhance my stay. I did not have much knowledge of London and found the hotel Location to be very convenient with both the train and underground stations so close to access. Also being located by the river made for easy and interesting walks. The room was spacious and when I asked if I was able to have a bath in the bathroom I was fortunate and this request was granted. I liked the easy access to filtered water by the lift and it was the small conveniences like this offered by the hotel that made the stay so much more comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

This is a nice hotel, there's plenty to see nearby, lots of historical things to view, parts of the London wall, All Hallows church etc. The staff were very friendly and professional and my room was nice, quite spacious, although there were a couple of stains on the carpet. There was a decent sized tv and a mini fridge. There was also a good bar on the ground floor.
