Aircon didn’t work as it said. Put on 10 degrees to cool down and it was still over 25 when we came back hours later. Noisy room. Advertised price for non members was £170 whereas I booked in advance as a member and paid £35 more!!! Worst Novotel experience I have had. Previously booked many times but this has ruined it and I won’t be looking to book again Staff didn’t even ask how the stay was.

The welcome this time was not so great by 1 of the lady - no smile and abruptly saying - can I help you? Not even welcome especially i was in the queue waiting with the luggage. I reached around 1:00 and was asking me for an early check-in at GBP 40.00 to have the room - well some exceptions are ok for 2 hours before, I guess. I work in the same industry at Four Seasons. Her colleague then took over, and she was much more welcoming. In the room - the wifi connection was not good at all. I was in an inter-connecting room, which is not a problem. room was spacious - but wifi was not good and could not even connect the wifi as well as the screen mirroring on the TV - Once done after long time, netflix was not playing.
