My stay was pleasant overall, and the hotel’s location was excellent. However, I have identified an unauthorized charge on my credit card that requires correction. On 27 December 2025, the day of my check‑in, my card was charged USD 3,429.49 (GBP 2,533.23), which matches the amount of my original booking. On 4 January 2026, the day of my check‑out, a new charge of USD 3,419.78 appeared on my card, followed shortly by a refund of USD 3,402.38. This sequence resulted in an unexplained difference of USD 17.40 being charged to me. As I did not authorize or recognize this additional amount, I kindly request that the discrepancy be reviewed and the incorrect charge refunded.

Hotel scores 10/10 for location. But there were smaller things lacking which could have made the stay more comforting. Please donot make the life of your guest painful by doing things like removing phone from the room and asking them to scan a code and place order for things like dental kit. Remove bottles and ask them to fill up using water dispenser. People come on vacation for living a chill relaxed life and not to do such admin chores.

Very friendly staff especially Caterina in the Reception she was so sweet and polite and very helpful giving very good advice regarding where to go and places to visit during Xmas: :she made our stay so wonderful! this is a best value for money 4 stars Hotel in the heart of London
