Checked in for a 4 night London stay. Immediately noticed we were put in a room for a disabled person. My wife had no where to hang her dresses as the hanger was waist high, meaning dresses didn't fit. No toilet seat on toilet. Sliding door with zero privacy on toilet entrance. This is not what I had booked. We made our views clear we were not happy and were told no rooms available until tomorrow. We decided to ask again after a shift change at the front desk. She told us we could get a move within 10 min. We had a dinner reservation so would appreciate it if they could move us as quickly as possible. 1hr 30min later we were moved. Had to report a toilet leak after 1st night, it was running out onto the tiles making the floor dangerously slippy. Strange set up with toilet wash hand basin in the bedroom, not ideal. Overall not a great stay in a hotel we have stayed in before. Love the Tower Hill area, but will stay else where next time.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given an early check-in which we were most grateful for. The hotel is clean, neat and well maintained. We were upgraded to an executive room with a queen bed and as our young teenage grandson accompanied us, the sofa was made up into a comfortable bed. The room was nicely designed and well maintained. We had breakfast in Keepers Kitchen and Bar. This offered a comprehensive buffet breakfast with something for everyone. The location was great. Views across to the Tower of London, access to Tower Hill underground station (within a three minute walk) and its close proximity to the Hop on Hop of Bus stops made being a tourist easy in this historic area. Many London tourist attractions are within walking distance including the Tower Bridge.
