There was a lack of communication between staff. I had asked weeks in advance for a crib and a child’s bed to be put into our room. It was confirmed. However on arrival- neither had been done. And we were told, there may not even be a crib available. From then on- the child’s bed we ordered had been placed into another room and it was a fair muck around to sort out. We also were unable to check into one our rooms until after 3.
