it was a good experience except for parking

Every member of the staff was really nice, the room and the rest of the hotel were clean and tidy, the buffet was just perfect. I have nothing but praise for this place.

Spacious, clean, the reception was friendly

We had booked a stay and needed to extend it. Multiple emails to the official email address went unanswered. After resolving the issue, we also encountered 3 times when the breakfast staff didn't know that we had breakfast. But, the facilities are brilliant and people friendly.

Work stay only however it was very central to Haymarket, Chinatown and convention Centre
