Staff were wonderful and very accommodating I booked a Chinese Garden view room. 1st room had view of road but was able to change rooms although lower floor. 2nd room had trees on footpath that blocked garden view. Easy walk to Darling Harbour

Unwelcoming atmosphere. No parking available. Pool was closed. Only two loft that run very slow.

Our experience was great. The only problem was that the pool was closed.
