The pool was advertised as heated, however it was only lukewarm. The door was open causing cold air to come in from the outside, we tried to close it but it was locked open. Due to this, our son became very sick, he tested positive for RSV a few days after our stay. Our son also lives with autism which stopped him from being able to enjoy his buffet breakfast due to the large amount of other guests who were present in the buffet area. Would the Novotel consider creating a quiet space in the corner for children with disabilities alternatively allow parents to take breakfast back to the room for children like ours to eat feeling safe.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel for a family trip. This is a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city with many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is okay. The bed is comfortable and staff are friendly. Wish to stay here again.

We have stayed at the Novotel Sydney Darling Square numerous times due to its great location to Paddy's markets (great food and entertainment), Chinatown, the ICC, Darling Harbour and Sydney's tram network.

Really enjoy staying at Novotel Darling Square. The location is great, so many restaurants nearby and you can easily walk to everything. Public transport is so handy, a short walk to the light rail which made it easy to catch the airport train from Central. Also, the staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.
