Easy and pleasant check in. Great room service. The lady on reception on Friday evening was very helpful in getting milk sachets to the room later in the evening. So great customer service until I wanted to pay for parking at the end of my visit. The woman behind the counter found it rather inconvenient that I opted to pay at the front desk and told me rather coldly that next time I should pay at the car part payment location. I am a regular customer and an Accor member, and in the past, I’ve had no problem paying for parking at the front desk and the staff have happily accommodated my request by walking three to four steps back into the office to take payment! Of course on Saturday 29th October , in the afternoon, the woman behind the counter found it rather inconvenient that I should trouble her with this request. I politely told her that I’ve done this here in the past and I was told next time I should use the car park payment point. Thank you for excellent customer service. I’m flagging this here as your training deportment might reevaluate your customer training procedures. Other than that unpleasant encounter, all was well. I’d like to give my grateful thanks to Liliya from Moldova who was an excellent host in the restaurant on Friday evening. What an infectious smile! Thank you

The staff were pleasant, the room was comfortable but there was a cold draft coming through, i kept the heating on. My main comment was the food, particularly the soup i had on the Tuesday evening was tasteless, watery and buttery. It did not taste like asparagus soup. I realise your hotel is in London, and prices are hiked but i thought £733 was expensive.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Shower leaked out the door meaning the floor was soaked each time it was used, (especially as the shower door opens striaght into the room) Was next to the elavator so was shrouded with noise and constant stream of guests Breakfast was lovely, really nice choice, well cooked and all good - staff weren't so friendly, if they don't like mornings and want to smile at guests and help them do a different shift Checkin staff were all good and helpful,

Confusion of payment, not yet resolved! No return call to clarify. Kettle in room continued to boil without cutting off could cause a fire if boiled dry. No acceptance of the problem and no apology via the reception or management Breakfast adequate but not necessarily good. Very poor bar food. The worst soup we have ever had. No apologies or satisfaction on resolving complaint.
