As an Accor Plus member, I felt comfortable staying here, as I was familiar with the brand and knew what to expect. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant and found the food reasonably priced, which was a bonus. My only disappointment was that the Accor Explorer benefits were limited to the Asia-Pacific region, rather than being available more widely.

A very successful stay needing a location close to Evelinas hospital where my grandson was to undergo surgery. The staff were all polite and helpful and although the cost was much higher than I had anticipated the facilities and location were ideal. Needed to park my car which was helped by the garage. However the disabled bays were inappropriate with inadequate space to allow getting in and out of my car. Many of the ordinary spaces had the problem of pillars in the wrong place! The spaces need to be redesigned and marked. This was the only nagative of my stay.

The staff are always very helpful. However, every time I have stayed at this hotel there have been problems with electrical sockets or appliances not working in the rooms.

We had 5 rooms for 7 nights to attend a conference around the corner. Staff were very friendly, excellent at cleaning the rooms and booking our taxis. Room was good value for money and everything in good working order. The gym was great too
