Location is great. However, place stinks. There was a used condom in the middle of the hallway. Housekeeping left the window completely open and room was freezing. Luckily nothing was missing in the room. Bath towels were mud dirty and I am not even joking. It appears they fall in the street and the person who picked it up didn’t notice and replaced the room towels with them. I am a platinum member and I have stay in many Accor hotels. This is by far the worst! Completely disappointed with my exprience.

Very good hotel - but poor breakfast

Stayed for 3 nights with work. Quick and easy check in and appreciated the upgrade with my Accor ALL gold status. Nice comfortable room with everything I could need. Housekeeping was generally excellent - except they sometimes forgot to put caffeinated nespresso capsules in the room (but readily fixed!). The gym was also a useful feature. The only let down was breakfast. You could tell that corners had been cut... The juice is awful - it’s one of machines that tries to dilute juice concentrate on the spot (and fails miserably). Coffee was unpleasant tasting (despite being bean-to-cup). And the continental selection, was low quality - cheap cheese and soggy mini croissants. Despite being a cheaper hotel with a more limited breakfast selection, the ibis Waterloo down the road does a much better job. Nonetheless, I would happily recommend and come back to the Novotel Waterloo :)

Fantastic place to stay, close to town with the best service we have had at any hotel we have ever been at. Our checking person made our daughters 13th birthday very special doing all he could to make ouf stay memorable. We would absolutely recommend staying at Novotel Waterloo London.
