Overall nice experience, but it seems tht the car parking fees is quite high compare to the other nearby car parking charges. It is recommended that there should be some parking discounts for guests.

Hotel was great, room as expected. The only downside for the night we were there was the road resurfacing outside the hotel which went on deep into the night/morning and was quite noisy. Just one of those things. Apart from that everything was great.

We were staying for one night and unfortunately our shower was completely blocked, meaning water was escaping under the bathroom door. This was reported. Also, there was a rattle coming from the air vent in the wall, which I can only assume was a loose fan or similar. Awful nights sleep and upon checking out the following morning (after no shower) we told the receptionist and no offer of a refund or compensation was offered. Considering the price of the room this was pretty poor.
