Process of checking in and out was very impressive. Rooms were very clean. I would give 10/10, however lack of breakfast for nearly half of the stay when lady in blue sweater was in charge was an unbelievable hassle. I have been in several hotels around the world and I am do not consider myself as a demanding person, but when you arrive 1.5h before breakfast finishes, there is no hot food, no cold food such as ham cheese, no glasses, cups etc and kind request /remark doesn't chance anything you have enough after few days. She was mostly transferring croissants from one plate to another and even when we wanted to use coffee machine she took blended coffee container and never brought it back. There was still 1h till end and she came with trolley start taking some plates. We nearly had to fight to get a croissant as she started taking plates. We not only checked the printed info what time the breakfast finishes but also asked few other people there and they confirmed 11am, therefore I am not sure what was she doing. I can understand that there were a lot of people and according to some sign you do not want to waste food but the amount of ham and cheese on plate was probably for 2 families the most. She felt very offended when people were asking her about food and nearly within 1.5h she brought back some bacon and plate of cold food after we complained at the reception. It was the same story every day when she was there. On the other hand when a gentleman was in charge there was hot food, cold food they way it should be (perhaps it would be nice if scramble eggs were warm after they delivered it but it's a different story). That was proper service with food, glasses and cutlery (that was also often unavailable). My feeling is that breakfast "wars" ruined stay of many people as they also looked very dissatisfied. Several people were taking photos as it was ridiculous at some stage. I often book your hotels (direct or indirectly) and I am usually very happy even if there are some issues, however I found this unacceptable for this class of hotel. If you ever do anything like "mystery guest" you should check it yourself.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind comments regarding the check-in and check-out process, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. We are pleased to know that these aspects of your stay met your expectations. At the same time, we are truly sorry to read about your experience with the breakfast service. What you described does not reflect the standards of service we strive to provide, particularly for a hotel of this category and considering your loyalty to our brand. The lack of food, tableware, and beverages well before the scheduled end of breakfast service, along with the attitude you encountered, is of great concern to us. We fully understand how frustrating it can be to start the day this way, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and to other guests. The fact that this situation occurred repeatedly over several days makes it even more unacceptable. We have taken note of the clear difference in service quality you experienced depending on the staff member on duty. Your feedback is extremely valuable and will be shared with the hotel management and the breakfast service supervisor Thank you for your continued trust in our hotels. We sincerely regret that this experience negatively affected your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future to provide the level of service you rightfully expect. Kind regards,

The hotel is at the outskirts of Torino and in a very poor condition: old furniture, dirt that has accumulated over the years, slow and too few elevators for 9 floors. The personnel was very nice but at breakfast they seemed overwhelmed. Basic conditions expected at such a brand were missing such as working coffee machine, slippers, robes.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Torino Corso Giulio Cesare. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. As for the robe and slippers, for your next stay, you just need to ask for them at the reception! Best regards, Novotel Torino

The prices were a bit higher and no breakfast included . Parkering is limited and the outside is always park at your risk

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have an underground and outdoor parking that are both video monitored, that costs 10 euro per night. When you do the check-in, we have to tell which one is public and free, therefore we do not take responsibility for it! Sincerely, Novotel Torino

The rooms and the overall condition of the hotel was good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The nearest bus stop was a 5 min walk and except during the weekends, availability was good. The only minor issue was that the fridge in my room was not working well.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your recent stay. We are delighted to hear that you found the rooms and overall condition of the hotel satisfactory, as well as the helpfulness of our staff. We appreciate your comments about breakfast and the convenient location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fridge in your room and will take this into consideration for future improvements. Best regards, Novotel Torino Corso Giulio Cesare

The experience was great from the booking to the check out. At the booking the staff was so professional and very responsive to my queries. They were great. The rooms were pretty good, very standard to Novotel level. However the breakfast buffet was not great. The staff looked overwhelmed and a lot of items were missing or not refilled quickly so for a price of 15€ I could expect a better offer.

Dear Emmanuel L., Thank you for your kind words regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that our team provided you with professional service throughout your experience. Your feedback concerning the breakfast buffet has been noted, as we strive to maintain high standards in our offerings. We understand that a well-stocked buffet is essential, and we will take your comments into consideration for future improvements. Thank you once again for your review. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel. Best regards, Novotel Torino Corso Giulio Cesare
