reserved superior room was facing a major blvd with heavy traffic noise and a motorcycle parking right underneath it. Moved to a much smaller room with a broken phone line and broken window latch and noise from the hotel restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giacomo Morra Alba – Handwritten Collection. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed and making me feel truly welcome. My room was large, bright, and spacious, offering plenty of comfort and room to relax after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day perfectly. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily return.

I booked a suite but room was smaller than I expected. Other than that, everything was very plesant except the room temprature was too warm. Even with the heat off and the room window open, it was too warm during the night.

Hotel room was warm, inviting, and full of amenities. Parking, while not onsite, was nearby and easy to use. If not driving, it is just a one block walk to the train station. Easy access to the historic area of Alba. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.
