Stayed in room 115 which is screaming for renovation. Plastic parts in bathroom are loose, bathroom door damaged from water, lids in sinks are missing or not working, curtains are dirty, cracks on the wall in corridor…

Breakfast was sub standard, hotel environment - furniture / welcome area poor, really bad smell in the garage area L-1 lift area (drainage problem). Room air con poor. Price of hotel room 5* level vs 2* quality. overall, would not stay here again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although we are truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. First of all, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience experienced in the garage and lift area on level -1. During the period of your stay, Turin was affected by a severe storm which created unexpected issues and a risk of flooding in the underground parking area. We completely understand the discomfort this may have caused; however, we would like to reassure you that our team intervened immediately in order to manage the situation and minimise the disruption as much as possible. Regarding the air conditioning, unfortunately we had to wait for the official authorisation from the Municipality of Turin before activating the system, as temperatures at that time were not yet considered consistently warm. We are also sorry that the breakfast and the hotel environment did not meet your expectations. Your comments are extremely valuable to us and will be shared with the relevant departments in order to further improve the quality of our services. We nevertheless hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with an experience more in line with the standards we strive to offer all our guests. Kind regards,
