A lesser brand quality, but comfortable. It's location is such that a car or taxi is needed to get to the city center. Public transportation was a bit far to walk at my age

Hotel was comfortable and staff pleasant, except I was left waiting in the garage waiting to get into the hotel. I rang the bell constantly but the door did not open, so my wife and I walked up the car ramp to exit the garage. I later found out that the receptionist had gone to the bathroom and reception was left unattended. When I questioned the receptionist she very cheekily replies “so you want to complain about me going to the bathroom!!” Obviously that was not the case. The issue is that when the receptionist goes to the bathroom any call from the garage to enter the hotel should be diverted to another line with the ability to release the door. You need to change your garage access system and to train your receptionists to reply more appropriately to your guests!

As it was just a stop on way home we did not complain as we were not there long enough, other than to get a second towel which was just thrown in the bathroom. The hotel itself was clean but would not recommend it all and I’ve stayed in many hotels across the world and this ranks near the bottom. Dinner was extremely expensive for the quality of what it was and you very minimal options locally for something quick. Shame as Italian food is usually very good, very disappointed and will need to look for an alternative next year for our trip home.

Regarding the accessible room, we would like to clarify that our accessible rooms are equipped with a bathtub rather than a shower. This is the standard configuration of our accessible rooms and, as communicated at the time of booking, we unfortunately do not have accessible rooms with a walk-in shower. Nevertheless, we regret that this arrangement did not meet your wife’s needs and fully understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We are also sorry that the room had been prepared for only one person and that you had to request a second towel. Although your stay was brief and you chose not to report the matter at the time, our staff would of course have been happy to assist and resolve the situation promptly had we been informed. Regarding your comments about the restaurant, we are particularly disappointed to hear that the quality of the food did not meet your expectations. We place great importance on the quality of our ingredients and always select carefully sourced, first-quality products for our kitchen. Your comment regarding the scrambled eggs is therefore particularly concerning, and we will share it with our restaurant team so that both the preparation and service can be carefully reviewed. Disappointing experience for the price. The room and bed were good, but the outdated bathroom, poor breakfast, only one coffee machine, €5 soft drinks and up to 20-minute elevator waits were unacceptable. We expected significantly more from Novotel and will stick with ibis budget.

The lobby had a 100 policeman in it and no one from the hotel explained anything , we were told to lock our cars behind a steel gate so it wasn’t burgled… lady we met had her car broken into soon as they got there , had a bad experience in the night , the lifts are so slow … staff at front desk were ok , rest of the staff were not friendly at all ….. I HAD TO GET OUT OF THERE ASAP -.the hotel is in a very bad location

Comfortable high end hotel in Torino - a bit outside of the city, all facilities are top nutch - outside swimming pool, large room (we had a family room), conference rooms also available for business purposes, nice garden. Buffet breakfast with great variety of options, sweet and savoury, very good coffee :) I would definitely recommand.

Dear Novotel Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Turin from 16–18 July. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standard I expect from Novotel for several reasons: * The air conditioning in our room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. * There was no shower gel in the bathroom upon arrival. I informed the reception and asked for the dispenser to be refilled, but this was never done during our stay. * The swimming pool was noticeably dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. * Before arriving, I prepaid €10 for parking in your underground garage. However, when I received my parking ticket, it clearly stated that the parking fee was €8. I asked the reception about the difference and was told that the online price had not been updated, but that they were unable to refund the €2 overcharge. I do not believe customers should have to pay more because of an outdated online price. * The bacon served at breakfast was undercooked/raw. * The croissants at breakfast were very dry and did not seem fresh. Taken individually, some of these issues might have been minor. However, together they resulted in a stay that was well below the quality I associate with the Novotel brand. I would appreciate it if you could review my complaint and let me know how you intend to address these issues. I also believe it would be appropriate to receive compensation for the inconvenience and the disappointing experience.

Oh dear. Where do I start with this one. Arriving in the hotel, it's not in the most classy of areas, and late at night, felt very spooky and unsafe. The entry is nice but very dated, service good but not great, my status wasn't recognised. Going up to the room, the hallway had a slight dusty smell. In the room itself, half the power points (what few there were!) did not work, and the only way I was able to charge anything (through the USB-C) is with the air-conditioning off, otherwise it had no power. Room is very dated and not fit for purpose as a Novotel, closer to Mercure or Ibis instead. Looks like it hasn't been refurbished since the early 00's, with a lack of maintenance. TV did not work, and couldn't get any signal. Wifi refused to connect, and required a code different to what was listed in the compendium. The bathroom, was also not to a Novotel standard. Ending up in the disabled room, it felt poorly designed and an afterthought. The shower curtain was too short, and did nothing to stop water going into the rest of the room. The shower head was leaky at the base, and there was no way to get it into a comfortable position for my 180cm height. Quality wise, it felt very cheap and unpleasant.

We had a quite comfortable room, maybe a little bit outdated decor but from an environmental perspective I appreciate not to do a lot of renovations all the time. Unfortunately the power outlets by the bed didn't work and the lights in the room gave a very white/cold color. So if you pay attention to that kind of details that would help more than total renovation.

We booked Novotel Torino because of Kappa FuturFestival and it was definitely the right choice. The atmosphere was incredible, with music and festival vibes throughout the weekend. The staff was friendly and patient even during the busiest moments. The pool party was a highlight, creating unforgettable memories before heading to the festival.
