We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and, in particular, that you felt uncomfortable during your visit. Regarding the presence of a large number of police officers in the lobby, we would like to clarify that this was not related to any incident at the hotel or to a security issue on the property. On occasion, police officers in the area stop by the hotel for a coffee break, and this can result in a larger group being present in the lobby for a short period of time. We sincerely regret that this situation was not properly explained to you at the time, as we understand how concerning it may have appeared without context. We are also sorry to learn that you were concerned about the safety of your vehicle. Our team’s recommendation to park behind the steel gate was intended purely as an additional precaution and to provide guests with greater peace of mind. We appreciate your positive comments regarding our front desk team, while we are disappointed to hear that other interactions with our staff did not reflect the warm and professional hospitality we aim to provide.
