Dear Guest, Thank you for your email. First of all, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and for the error made during your check-in, which resulted in you being charged an incorrect amount. As soon as the mistake was identified, we did our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, the refund process also required the involvement of our administrative department, without whose authorization we would not have been able to proceed. This unfortunately caused a longer processing time than we would have liked. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation has caused. We are pleased to hear that you found your room clean, tidy, and comfortable, but we are genuinely sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the pool. Please be assured that we are gradually carrying out maintenance and improvement works throughout the property. These projects take time, but they are part of our commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience. Regarding the pool, it is cleaned and checked before, during, and after daily use. However, as the hotel is surrounded by greenery, leaves and other natural debris can accumulate more quickly, especially during windy or busy days. We appreciate your comments and will continue to pay close attention to its upkeep. We also apologize for the limited restaurant menu and the buffet service. During your stay, the hotel was experiencing exceptionally high occupancy, with approximately 250–300 guests dining at the same time. In order to ensure efficient service and maintain food quality for everyone, we opted for a buffet instead of a full à la carte menu. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, and we sincerely regret any disappointment this caused. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
