Not as good as we had hoped for. Arrived to be told that the restaurant was only serving a buffet dinner. Unfortunately this was very limited and not replenished. Restaurant staff were lovely but not enough staff to cope with how busy the hotel was This is obviously an older hotel and it shows in the rooms. Air Con struggled and in 30 degree heat this lead to an uncomfortable night.

The hotel was a big disappointment. Worn out furniture, dirtiness in most of the places, very distant staff. Besides all these the location is very unsafe, our car was vandalized in 5 minutes at 8pm just outside the front door as we were checking in ( broken windows) and stolen personal belongings. During the same night 5 more vehicles were also vandalized. Unsafe and dangerous neighborhood.

The best hotel ever for kappa festival goers. Friendly staff and sergiu is the best Barman. Had a great experience wouldnt stay anywhere else if I was to go to kappa festival again The only thing we reccomend is vodka slush for next year! Love from the geordies

Hotel in pretty good shape with a lot of space around the place. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes by car to reach the old city. Because we travelled with children, we had two rooms. In both, the sofa bed was already very outdated and squeaked very loudly when you sat on it. The sofa beds seem to be in urgent need of replacement...
