Room was too hot and the AC was not working. Only option given was open the window, but this also involves letting in street noises and partying from nearby

We are sorry to read that the comfort of your room did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the temperature and the air conditioning system. We take these comments very seriously and have already shared them with the relevant departments for further checks and improvement actions. Regarding the air conditioning system, we would like to reiterate that the property is currently awaiting authorisation from the City of Turin in order to proceed with the full activation of the system. This is a mandatory administrative procedure that must be completed before the system can become fully operational and is not directly dependent on the day-to-day management of the hotel. We are also sorry that the only alternative offered was to open the window, and we fully understand how this may have resulted in external noise and disturbances from the surrounding area. We are aware of the importance of ensuring proper rest and we regret the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us identify areas where we can further improve our guests’ experience. Location super convenient, out of the center, but easily reached, with a private parking and a bus stop nearby to travel into the city center. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is available 24/7 and very friendly and helpful.

We stayed Accor Hotels all over Europe and UK because of the consistency. However, this hotel did not meet expectations in anyway. I have a slight disability which means I can’t climb in and out of a bath so we always phone the hotel to check they have a walk in shower prior to booking. Our room had a deep bath that was hard to access because of a sink against it. It would have been tricky getting in and out for an able body person to access. Receptionist told there were no stand alone showers anywhere in the hotel even if we paid for an upgrade. How can this be, surely disability compliance is Europe wide. Despite advertising a vegetarian menu there were no vegetarian main courses. We muddled through with starters (the food was good). However, we were relegated to eat in a cold, smoky lobby as there were huge parties using the dining room. The lobby was cold because the smokers were in and out every few minutes for cigarettes leaving cold and fumes in their wake. Breakfast was a shambles, too many people had obviously stripped all the food and it wasn’t replaced quickly enough. Staff seemed more preoccupied with setting up tables for lunch/dinner. When coffee machine didnt work staff member offered to make some at the bar but clearly got distracted as never reappeared.poor poor experience

The air conditioner was not working so we couldn’t sleep well as the room was hot. Also 1 of the 2 elevators was not working so for the breakfast we had to go down 8 floors by stairs as we waited 15 min and it was impossible to get into the elevator.

We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room temperature and the inconvenience caused by the temporary elevator issue. During this period, Turin experienced unusually high temperatures for the season. As the city heating system was officially turned off on April 15, the transition to air conditioning requires technical preparation and intervention from an external specialized company, meaning activation cannot be immediate. We understand how this may have affected your comfort and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also regret the disruption caused by one of the elevators being temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, a technical fault required the replacement of a specific component, which could not be resolved immediately. We understand how frustrating the waiting times may have been, especially during busy breakfast hours. We appreciate your comments regarding breakfast service and equipment availability, as well as your note about WiFi access. Your observations will be shared with the relevant departments to help us improve the overall guest experience. Thank you as well for recognizing the friendliness of our team despite the difficulties encountered.
