Air conditioning was apparently working but the temperature inside the room was unacceptable.

La temperatura viene impostata secondo standard pensati per garantire il comfort degli ospiti ed evitare eccessivi sbalzi termici rispetto alle condizioni esterne. We stayed at Novotel Torino with our family and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited to the needs of both parents and children. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing and having fun together. Our children absolutely loved it, and it was a real added value for our family holiday. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's dining options. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering something for everyone's taste, while dinner was a pleasant surprise, with delicious dishes and attentive, friendly service. A special thank you goes to the entire staff, who were always professional, helpful, and welcoming. Their attention to guests truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
