Not 4 star quality I would have expected in Accor. There was a constant leak near the room that made the hallway carpet swampy, lots of rowdy teenagers crowding the entrance to the hotel and making a lot of noise.

We did experience two days of heavy rain, which unfortunately caused some temporary issues within the property, particularly in the common areas. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this may have caused. We are also sorry that you were not able to fully enjoy the usual comfort that our hotels strive to provide to all our guests. This hotel is just not up to the standards of the Accor group and certainly not for a Novotel one. I very regularly visit several hotels within your group over years and this one had following issues which are just not OK 1) Only 1 lift working for 3 days in a row iso 2 lift for a hotel with 9 floors and probably over 200 rooms. This resulting in having to wait sometimes for more then 15 minutes to get a lift and even then it was full when arrived at your floor. 2) We got a room which wasn't ready for hosting our 2 kids on the couch. 3) We received another room but then the couch missed 3 bars in the bed so my son almost fell through it each night. 4) 2 pillows were dirty with still make up on from previous guests 5) The bathroom is very outdated and the shower is constantly changing from cold to too hot even keeping the knob on the same 6) NO AIRCO !!! The airco wasn't switched on yet they said while it was over 20 degrees and sun shining on the room resulting the temperature in the room to be above 26 degrees!! 7) When cleaned the room our wine glasses were not cleaned up and we didn't receive new coffee nespresso cups nor cups to drink out. These were the internal factors the hotel could influence The external factors is not in your influence but.... Hosting a school group on the upper floor was really noisy In the building next to the hotel there was every night parties resulting in loud music till midnight I'm really disappointed about this stay so hope there will be some reaction to this message.

The only drawback was the smell of the drain in the bathroom and therefore in the bedroom but because I knew that the hotel was already full and I was only there for a couple of nights, I didn't make a complaint.
