We were delighted to stay at Novotel Torino. Staff was fantastic, rooms are very nice and clean. The location was a bit far from the city center, but we were aware of that. Good paths for running nearby the hotel. Food was very good - both the breakfast buffet and dinner.

Everything was fine. Nice and friendly staff. I want to mention Ariana from the FO she was very helpful with organizing my early breakfast for the Torino marathon. But in general all the staff was friendly, attentive and supportive. Nice experience. Location is not the best if you want to visit the centre but its easy accessible by tram with like 30 min drive depending on the traffic. Was very quiet although there was a school group.

my room was clean, but when i tried to get the offered drink, nobody was on service at the bar, because of a football match runing on the large screen of the hotel lobby. The day after, the drinks that i've put in the fridge, was put away by the cleaning service, and i really did not appreciate this. My card get deconnected, twice. i am use to the Novotel brand, and yours is not at the level i am use to. thanks

Hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful. Meals were lovely but the experience was spoiled by the huge group of noisy children! The room was pleasant, the only thing missing was electrical sockets by the bed

Pleasent experience, but Dinner needs improvement

My stay was great. For the Dinner, the most important meal of the day for me, it took place in a location with an old, strange feeling. If I had stayed another day, I don't know if I would have had dinner there a second time.
