Dreadful offering af food - restaurant closed - 3 microwave meal choices - not suitable for anyone with allergies or non meat diet They were not geared up for a number of late guest bookings - 1 person on duty resposible for everything - check in/bar/microwave - headless chicken - but good guy

The hotel is close to the airport and the industry center and surprisingly quiet. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but there was one plug that was just hanging from the wall by the entrance which was not safe. The breakfast could benefit from vegan/meet-dairy free options.

The hotel is a highway hotel near Charleroi airport. They have got airport pick up service that costs us 25euros for 4 passengers. Rooms are big and spacious. Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms with a small kitchenette and fridge. There was heating in the room. Bathroom big and clean with towels and soap and shampoo dispensers. There was a kettle of water. There was a full length mirror in the room. They have got restaurant onsite but it was closed during our stay. The bar was open. They have got parking space. Reception persons were friendly and nice to us. To go to Brussels you need to take a bus, there’s a bus stop located just outside the hotel, the bus runs every hour and costs 6 euros per person and it takes almost 20 -25 minutes to leave you on a train station called Luttre. From there you can take a train that takes about half an hour to get to Brussels centre. It took us about one hour and quarter to reach Brussels.
